for weeks Annie and pixie talked to each other always meeting at the fields where they first met.

things were going ok for Annie was glad she now had a friend to talk to but she also worried if she told her the truth.

Annie promised him she would but never did.

then pixie asked if she could come over to her house to hang out.

Annie was worried for she had never had a friend come over.

of course you can come said Annie but she was worried pixie will find out sometime.

they made a date to come hang out tomorrow in the next afternoon

Annie asked peter if he could keep the boys out of the house till she leaves

so the next afternoon pixie came over to Annie's house

Annie and pixie talked a lot on what they liked then pixie said you know back home I was bullied like you she said.

she told her she was picked on by her classmates that she wished she could never go back.

there was this mean girl named claire that bullied since kindergarten said Annie opening up

when Annie was about to tell her about her disorder the boys came in because Annie did not shut the door.

and Annie ran out of her house her eyes with tears rolling down her cheeks and ran to the beach to cry.

that night peter came into the room

Annie I am so sorry about what happened peter said feeling bad for Annie

pixie was going to be my first friend sobbed Annie

try and talk to her and say sorry peter coaxed

I do not if that will work cried Annie I bet she never wants to talk to me ever again

never say never peter said it won't work if you try

so Annie said she will try tomorrow

then when Annie was getting ready for bed and pulled her covers over her head then for the first time in a long time she cried herself to sleep worried that pixie will not want to see her.
