Thunderstorm

Basically, there's a thunderstorm and Kurt comforts Blaine. It's a tiny request so it won't be very long jus some fluff.

So it was a normal night. Everything was fine until Kurt and I got ready for bed. I was just drifting off to sleep when this huge bang scared the shit out of me.

It was thunder and it sounded really close. I've always hated thunderstorms. What's there to like? It's dark, no one is safe, it's loud, its cold and it's rainy. I haven't told Kurt this before yet, and I'd be lying if I said I wasn't a little embarrassed.

What kind of a 19 year old was still scared of thunderstorms?! Me... Things were quiet and I thought it must've stopped. It definitely didn't. When I heard it again, I flinched and I could tell Kurt noticed this time.

"You okay, babe?" He asked, his voice laced with concern.

"Y-yeah...."

Curse the inevitable stutter. He got closer until he was spooning me. I felt safe knowing he was there, but my nerves were just waiting for the next loud noise. Of course, I flinched again when it happened and I just knew Kurt thought I was being a baby.

"It's the thunderstorm, isn't it?" He finally asked. "I used to be terrified of them."

Used to be I thought.

Why couldn't I get over my stupid fear? It was so childish!

"We can watch a movie if you can't sleep..." He finally whispered, somehow reading my thoughts.

I smiled, and turned to kiss him. He knew me too well. He got up and made hot chocolate for both of us while I ran and turned on a movie. We must've watched 4 Harry Potter movies before I really fell asleep. I couldn't have been happier in his arms.
