Time skip and contrary to Minseok's expectations, Youngmi is healing quite rapidly, for a female human who was covered in bruises from head to toe just a few days back. Other than her leg, every single part of her body looks as good as new and Minseok could hardly believe his ears when Joonmyeon reported to him this morning. "Are you sure she's a human, Minseok?" Joonmyeon asks. "Crystal clear, Joonmyeon. There's no way I fail to differentiate between a human and a hybrid. Even Officer Sehun didn't say anything," Minseok replies. "Well, then, are you sure she is normal?" The question lingers in the air for a while before Minseok sighs and shrugs his shoulder "No idea, Joonmyeon. She didn't smell weird to me; if that's what you're going to ask next." Joonmyeon ruffles his hair, deep in his thought as he crosses his arms and leans back against the chair. After a brief silence, Joonmyeon looks at Minseok dead in the eye "They did something to her, Minseok. She was their experiment, I'm sure of it." "Joonmyeon-" "No, seriously. Think about it. Her shattered tibia and fibula mended themselves in 2 days, Minseok. 2 days! Sure, it's still healing and she is not really allowed to walk but that's basically a world record, hyung. Humans don't heal that fast. They must have done something to her." "Joonmyeon, we can't-" "Why do you think she's scared of needles, hyung? Why do you think she hated hybrids to the gut? She has claustrophobia, nyctophobia, trypanophobia, PTSD and who knows what other mental conditions she has. Humans don't just fear something for no reason, hyung. There are always, always some explanations behind them." And their debate end right then and there as Minseok got paged by a nurse regarding another patient. Deep down, Minseok has his own suspicions too but he refuses to dwell so deep into it because thinking about the possibilities that his fellow kind had done to the poor human girl makes him feel sick and disgusted.

"We found her, boss. She's currently being treated at Animagus Hospital," the black panther hybrid says. "Ah, so that's where she is. We searched high and low thinking that she is hiding somewhere and it turns out she just landed in a hospital. My poor, poor little kitty," Dongmin strokes his thumb at a picture of Youngmi that he had framed lovingly. If nobody knows any better, anybody would have thought that he is deeply in love with the missing girl. Well, that is, until he decided to throw the picture to the nearest wall in rage, shattering the glass cover into pieces before slamming his fist to the table "HOW DARE SHE GOES TO THE HOSPITAL!? PEOPLE ARE GOING TO TOUCH HER EVERYWHERE AND NOBODY, I REPEAT, NOBODY IS ALLOWED TO TOUCH HER OTHER THAN ME! NOBODY HAS THE RIGHT TO TREAT HER OTHER THAN ME! WE ARE GOING THERE AND FETCH HER, THIS INSTANT because apparently, my little kitty hasn't learned her lesson," Dongmin say before laughing maniacally as he grabs his favourite gun from his collections. He marches outside, feeling rather excited yet angry at the same time as he plans the fun activities, one after another that he is going to do with Youngmi once he has her back in his arms. His men naturally followed him of course, nobody said a word at his double personality, fearing that he might suddenly snap. After all, the past 2 days had been hell and they don't really want to experience his sadistic self anymore.

"Hobi, hurry up! What's taking you so long?" Yoongi shouts from the bottom of the staircases as he looks up, waiting for the appearance of a certain red panda with his hands on his hips. "He's still not ready?" Namjoon asks as he comes out from the kitchen, bringing along his can of coffee. "Judging from the sound of his feet, I gonna say no," Yoongi shakes his head and sighs. "Jungkook and Jimin are preparing something too. Wonder what they are," Namjoon says, casually. "Them too? Man, we barely know the girl." "Said they felt guilty or something along the lines." "For what? Not visiting her the past few days? Bet she prefers it that way, judging from the way she reacted to us before. Besides, we were busy. We all have our own lives, you know." "Right, says the guy who had been researching and reading up about human trafficking the past few days," say Hoseok, out of nowhere. "Wait, what?" Namjoon gasps. "Shut up, Hoseok. At least I'm trying to be useful. What's the bracelet gonna do, you striped panda?" "Hey, I did my best on that bracelet, okay. I hope she'll like it, at the very least. Even if she doesn't like us." "Relax, Hobi. If she doesn't like the bracelet, it's her loss. Don't think too much about it," Namjoon flashes him a smile that pops his dimple. "Yeah, whatever Joon says. It's not your fault," Yoongi clears his throat and looks at his wristwatch. "Oh gosh! It had been 30 minutes. What the heck are they preparing so badly for?" "Calm down, Yoongi. The kids are excited to see her again. Not gonna lie, me too. It had been a while. Hope she's well," Seokjin suddenly appears, wearing a light pink sweater paired with a nice pair of jeans that compliments his white appendages really well. "You prepare something too?" Yoongi asks as he notices the medium-sized white box, tied with a pink ribbon that Seokjin carries on his right hand. "Yeah, it's not much. Not sure if she'll like it though. I couldn't think of anything else." "Am I the only one that's going to go there empty-handed?" Yoongi looks around desperately. "It's okay. At least you're not empty-headed," Hoseok says. Namjoon snorts on his coffee while Seokjin laughs loudly. "Yeah, thanks a lot Hobi," Yoongi says through gritted teeth. Hoseok's tail wag and his grin widen "You're welcome Yoongi!" "I swear you're a dog, sometimes," Yoongi says as he shakes his head.
