Part 15

Every single kick is accompanied by fire, and his punches come with lightning. But even so Ueda only manage to wound a small part of the Dark Emperor's body.

Are they done yet? I don't think I can hold him any longer. Kei-Ty, hurry up!!

At the slightest moment his thought get distracted a huge fire ball comes in his direction. Ueda jumps as high as he could to avoid it, but the fireball hits a nearby giant rock-causing it to turn into pieces. One piece of the rock hits a tree, and it is falling on Ueda.

Everything happens within a blink, there was no time for Ueda to escape. Crap! I'm dead!

Just when he thought his life was about to end silver dusts encircling around him, causing the huge trunk to split into two when it touches the silver circle. The giant silver ball with Ueda inside floats to a safer space where two people is standing.

"Yuya! Your Majesty!" Ueda exclaims in excitement to see the two people.

"Uepi!!!" Yuya runs to get his favorite 'guardian' as soon as the silver dust that wraps Ueda disappears and embraces him tight.

"No hug for your father?" the Dark Emperor sarcastically asks.

Yuya faces his father. "You are a bad guy! You killed papa!!"

"You taught my son really well," he looks at Ari.

"Whatever comes from his mouth is what he observed."

"You make him hate me!"

"You did it yourself," the queen sounds more firm than before.

Ari calmly approaches the Dark Emperor. "Stop all this useless fight Your Majesty. It's over now. Your castle has been destroyed and your two sons can no longer fight."

"Nonsense! Ryuyu and Ryo-ya will never be defeated by you fairies!"

"Apparently they did. Listen to my offer. Go back to your plane and you can take your sons with you."

"There's no way I would do that!"

"Then you are choosing the hard path."

"I'll let you join your King in a moment!!!!!!!" the clouds turn dark. "I am the Dark Emperor, the conqueror! And this plane will be mine too!!!"

The dark clouds twirls- creating a hurricane. Ari is still standing at the same site, not moving even an inch with the fierce hurricane coming towards her. Just about a few seconds before the violent wind hit the queen flies up high into the hurricane. She spins around several times and soon enough redirecting the attack to its owner. Not expecting the counter act Dark Emperor is thrown back by his own weapon.

"I don't want to kill you. Accept my offer and this will be over!"

"NEVER!!!!!" series of fireballs head towards the queen. Still floating in the air Ari gracefully avoid the fire and magically bound them together- forming a huge fireball instead and throw them back to its sender. And once again the arrogant emperor fails to escape.

Ueda watches as the other him is beaten by the queen's power. He is not surprised; after all he has seen the unlimited magic performed by the late King Yuya. These people will not be the royals if they didn't have the ability to protect their kingdom. But seeing the soft spoken queen fighting even better than himself makes Ueda impressed.

"This all started because of him isn't it? Because of his existence," the wounded emperor pulls himself together to stand.

"This is your last chance! Do you accept my offer?"

"HELL NO!!!!!!" a fireball is unexpectedly directed towards the little fairy who is standing next to Ueda.

Silence comes along as Yuya pushes Ueda away from him.

"YUYA!!!!" Ari yells from the air. She attempts to snatch the boy but the fireball hits the little fairy just a moment before the queen was able to do so. Yuya tries to shield himself, but his effort is worthless. The little fairy is burnt and thrown backwards before hitting the ground.

"Arghh!!!!!!!!!" Ueda couldn't control his anger seeing Yuya twitching in pain. "You bastard!! Son of bitch!!!" a surge of energy gather around the mad Ueda in the form of blue aura.

"How can you kill your own son?!!!!! GO TO HELL!!!!!" the blue energy turns into lightning and attack the Dark Emperor as soon as Ueda points both of his index fingers towards the other him who is laughing hysterically. The lightning hits the Darks Emperor's mouth before spreading to his chest. The evil laugh he had turns into the worst scream Ueda has ever heard. The intensity of the lightning increase as Ueda's tears runs down his cheeks.

"DIE!!!" with the last yell Ueda let out all of his energy. The Dark Emperor cries in pain before finally fall onto the ground- burnt and bleed.

Ueda kneels- all worn out and hurt. His tears keep flowing as he slowly crawls to get Yuya who is lying comfortably on the queen's lap, moaning in pain.

"Heal him!" Ueda urges Ari who is holding Yuya's hand tight.

"I can't, he's half yokai. He wouldn't response to it," Ari kisses Yuya's hand.

"At least try!!!" Ueda raises his voice to the queen for the first time. "Do you want to see him dead?! He's your son!!"

"Don't you think I would have done it if I could?!" Ari sobs even more.

"U-e- pi..." Yuya tries to lift his other hand with his remaining energy.

Ueda hurry to catch the burnt fingers. "I'm here Yuya."

"Yuya...lo-ve... Uepi..."

"I love you too Yuya. We'll save you all right... don't worry."

"Yuya... love mama...too..." the little boy tries to smile with his bleeding lips. "I'm...going... to..pa-pa..."

Ari gently strokes Yuya's burnt hair as she weeps.

Yuya's wings weakly flip for the last time, and the beautiful smile on the boy's face fades. At the same time thousands of butterflies fly in between them, encircling Yuya's tiny body. The breathless Yuya floats in the air and his wounds slowly disappear. That was the last time Ueda looks at Yuya's peaceful face before the boy magically vanishes in the air together with the butterflies.

"YUYA!!!!"
