"Run Yuya, run."

"This place is not safe for you."

"Go, we'll take care of them."

"Find someone with a pure heart. He'll make sure that you are safe."

"Run Yuya! Remember we love you so much!"

"Go. NOW!!!!"

Yuya opens his eyes. The little boy is covered in sweats, and he is breathing so rapidly. His tiny hands are trembling. Slowly he curls himself on the couch.

Yuya stares at his right palm. He closes his eyes and mumbles a rhyme. Suddenly a white light encircling his palm, and not long after a necklace is formed on his hand. Yuya takes the necklace and hanged it around his neck. He slowly opens the pendant that hangs with the necklace, releasing a soft ballad tune.

"Minna..." tears start to fall from his eyes. Yuya sobs even harder as the sad melody goes on, wetting the comforter that wraps around his small body.

"Yuya?"

Yuya wipes his tears as he sees Daiki approaching him. He quickly touches the pendant on his chest, making it disappear once again.

"What's wrong Yuya?" Daiki sits next to the crying boy, gently pats Yuya's head while making sure that the boy is warm enough for the cold night.

Yuya didn't answer. He suddenly gets up and places himself on Daiki's lap, making himself comfortable in the older boy's arm. "Can Yuya sleep here?"

"Of course," Daiki embraces the small frame. It is impossible to refuse such request from the cute boy.

"Can Yuya ask something?"

"What is it Yuya?"

"Where can Yuya find unicorns?"

"Unicorn didn't exist Yuya. It's just a myth."

Yuya lifts up his head from Daiki's shoulder, looking at the boy with frown on his face. "But Yuya just rode on one before Yuya fell."

"You rode a unicorn?"

Yuya nods. "Yuya was holding tight but the eagles were so strong. Yuya's unicorn was injured too. But Yuya don't know where he is now."

Daiki tries to stay calm listening to Yuya's story. One thing he knows for sure now- this is not their Yuya.

"Ne Yuya, can you tell me what actually happened before you meet us? If you do I will make you a lot of muffin."

"Like Bubu's muffin?" Yuya's eyes sparkles in excitement.

"Yup, exactly like Bubu's muffin," Daiki feels a little funny calling Yabu with the nickname. "Agree?"

"Em!"

Takaki opens his eyes. He can feel warmth coming from the fireplace not too far from where he lies. He looks around in the dim light, trying to make sense on where he is right now. But a sharp pain shoots his head whenever he tries to move. His back is aching and his leg seems to be paralyzed.

What happened to me?

Takaki looks at his wounded left wrist- wanting to know the time. But he becomes disappointed to see his wristwatch is broken. Whenever it is Takaki is sure that he is very late to get home and everyone must be worried about him now.

Or maybe they are not. It might be fun not to have 'Bakaki' around sometimes.

Takaki closes his eyes. His heart is still aching from Ryutaro's words. At first Takaki doesn't really mind with the nickname the boy gave him, thinking Ryutaro was just another kid who was too young to understand. Then the whole group starts to call him the same. But today it is just too much- they make Takaki feels like a trash; no matter what he do he will only cause trouble and his existent is of no significant to others.

All I want is a simple 'thank you' and little bit of acceptance. Is it too much to ask?

"You have wake up," a tall young lady walks into the dim room with a tray filled with muffins and a glass in her hands. Takaki couldn't really see her face, as her long straight black hair is covering the half right of it. She is wearing a white satin dress with rather transparent long sleeves. White flower petals neatly placed on her hair at the level of her shoulder, tying it together. She steps closer to the lying boy and put the tray on the bedside table.

"We need some light in here," the lady smiles and points towards every corner of the wall. With every turns a white light comes from her index finger and go to the lamp-stand at the corners. Slowly the room becomes brighter and brighter. It seems like the owner of this place loves white so much that everything- except for the fire- is white in nature, even his own clothes. Wait, when do I get change?

Takaki's eyes widen when the lady gently pushes aside the hair that was covering her face.

"Keito?"

The lady once again gives him a smile, making her looking even lovelier than before.

"That must be my name in your world," her soft looking hand is waving at the glass. Slowly the glass is filled with some hot water with a very nice scent that Takaki never smell before- so sweet and appetizing.

"I'm Kei-Ty," she helps Takaki to sit up on the comfy bed and gives the glass to the boy who is still shocked from the things he just saw. "Drink, it'll help with your wound."

Takaki was hesitating at first, but the kind look on Kei-Ty's face overcomes it. There's no way a pretty lady will do bad things, he thought. He takes a sip and sure enough whatever the drink is it makes him feel better- he could feel the warmth spreading through his body and the aches he felt somehow disappear.

"How did I get here?" Takaki asks the young lady who is re-arranging the furniture in the room.

"Seems like you didn't remember," she replies. "Don't worry about it for now. You're safe here. We are not here to harm you."

"We?"

Kei-Ty didn't answer to Takaki's curiosity. "I'll let you rest for tonight. Have a good sleep," she politely bows to Takaki before making her way to the exit.

"Wait! I can't find my cell phone! Do you have it? I need to call my friends to tell them I'm fine."

The lady stops, slowly turns around to face the boy.

"It's no use, you can't use it here."

"Why not?"

"You are in a different plane from where they are."

"I haven't been on any airplane for years. Well, I lied. Actually I just rode one to Hawaii last month," Takaki spontaneously respond.

Kei-Ty chuckles listening to Takaki's reply. "Oh my, you remind me of him. He answered just the way you did."

"Who?"

"The first human to come to this plane. But that was a long time ago."

Takaki scratches his head several times. "Can you stop talking in circles and just tell me where I am now? Please?"

Kei-Ty once again gives him her radiant smile, looking straight into Takaki's eyes.

"You are in Amethyst."
