The firework is got launched but then one of the crowd noticed something or someone in the waterfall make Hattori, COnan, Kogorou and Ryujin wide eye in surprised.They go to the top waterfall and indeed saw Toshimi-san already died along Naoki and Rokuro-san
"But isn't it strange?" Hattori ask,"The festival is in downstream? Why would she ventured to this dark forest at such time?"

They learn that an elder who is over 130 years old is a holder of the arrow and the head of the festival. Three years ago a warehouse got burned down and a half body was discovered missing its legs. The police from the coast said that the body was of a middle age woman, and concluded that it might have been a tourist, who snuck into the warehouse to look for a dugong arrow and accidently started the fire. The deceased was never identified. But rumors had been going around that it was a body of a mermaid. The year after the incident, the bones were buried on the island, but later moved into the forest on orders from the Elder due to grave robbers who had stolen bones from the grave. In myth it was believed that bones of a mermaid grant long life. It was that incident that made the Elder famous around the country
"EDIH find anything that connect to the case immediately" Ryujin whisper command

They decided to go downstream while they watch Toshimi father cry over his daughter who passed away. Ran told them that Fukui prefecture police can't come because the wave so unpredictable right now, their ship can't make it
"That much better.." Hattori say make them look at him in confused,"That mean the culprit is still in here"
Hattori told Kogoru Ojii-san that it's murder. Conan and Hattori follow the river path from the waterfall to the sea and saw this on the river bed. Someone killed Toshimi-san, placed her in the life preserver and had a rope tie around her neck, The last time they see Toshimi-san was 2 hour before at the shrine, the time to return from upper river isn't even an hour
"That mean anyone could comitted the crime and the murder is on the island" Hattori state

After all of that, they decided go to KImie-san house.Ryujin stay in corner where he can see all around the room as habit he got as Elite agent. He ignored everything looking at the crime scene that EDIH got from the Fukui police database
Ryujin hummed look at the burned house it is indeed the body belong to the old woman but there no leg. He look at the forensic record.He also look at the record where Kimie-san say that she need go to Dentist
"have you found which dentist they go?" Ryujin ask whisper
'I got it,my lord.. searching from all of the dentist near the island, i captured one of the dentist clinic that Kimie-san and Naoko-san come. I shall send it to you'
Ryujin look at the CCTV wide eye in surprised by the turn event, even without the genius mind anyone can understand who the culprit is then he look at the Burning house and the bone that left behind in the burning house
