It's been almost 6 months since Preeta and Karan binded to each other by fate. All the family members except the youngsters are shifted to Mumbai because Ishwar's health condition worsen and they had to admit him in another hospital.
Aliya and Arhaan decided to give their relationship a chance while Ayaan was confused about his feelings towards Anaya. Sometimes he thought she's just her best friend but whenever he found her with Aryaan his blood boils.
Karan was trying hard to ignore Preeta because he knew if he doesn't do it he'll surely tell her about his feelings towards her and Aryaan was taking the opportunity very well. Whenever he finds that Karan is ignoring Preeta he started consoling her just to make him jealous and he ended up calling Preeta in their room making the most lame excuses.
Karan angrily entered into his room seeing Preeta talking to Aryaan. He threw his suit on the bed and filled the glass with water. He gulp it in one go and sat on the bed loosening his tie.

Listening the voice Karan looked up and found his mirror image is sitting just in front of him.
