You gulped. "I want be a member of order of Phenix, father." You stood a brave step towards him. "Well I'll send and to Lupin....and they could set you up." He said nodded and moved his hand towards a quill and piece of parchment. As it started writing you smiled and left the room. You would fight for Dumbledore. You went back to your room and sulked a bit more. Ran around the halls, left a note for Severus.

Months just like this went by. Severus avoiding you for no reason. You apologised. Dumbledore and Harry were gone the entire day as you had wanted to speak with him but you got told he wasn't there. Even Harry wasn't there. You knew if Dumbledore had anything to do with it you could find at them at the astronomy tower. So you raced there. And waited for night fall. It fell slowly surely Harry and you father was there. You kept hidden under the tower floor watching them.

Harry looked shaken as he join you. About to say something when Malfoy showed up. Not bothering to hear what he had to say. You heard the door open and severus storm in quietly. You watched him with furrowed brows as he put a finger to his lips before walking up the stairs. "Do it!" Yelled Lestrange. "Do it Draco!" She was egging him on. "No."

Severus spoke calmly while the soft whispers from Dumbledore were "please..do now severus." And that's when it happened. Severus yelled out the Killing curse. Dumbledore fell back over the edge. You shoved past Harry and down the stairs. The death eaters and Harry following you. Dumbledore's body lie in the courtyard. "No! No! No!" You repeated falling to your knees and cupping the face, the only face you have known as family.

You caught sight of Harry chasing the death eaters so you followed. "He trusted you!" Harry yelled. Drawing your wand you stopped Harry from moving any further and chased after severus. "You! How dare you! Killing the only man I knew as family! He trusted you and now look at you. Just as pathetic as Voldemort! Running as well." You swiped you wand Along in the air casting a spell that he rebounded back at you before he took off running.

You limped back up to Harry and sighed. "Come on.." you help him back to the castle and through the crowd of people. "Oh y/n...our hearts are with you now...as you were the closet person to Dumbledore..." Said McGonagall. You ignored her. Sending up a white spark into the air. They moved his body during the night as you looked around and sat on his throne like chair. "Y/n.. until someone takes leader ship of the school we've come to the decision you should.." you nodded at Flitwick's words. "Well then... for starterd. Get every student home on trains. Hogwarts is no longer safe! The school year will be cancelled for the remainder of time. Send an owl to the parents of all muggle born students. Send owls to the half bloods and purebloods. Hurry." You ran a hand through your hair and cried a bit. Still feeling the lost of Albus.

Over several days teacher and staff have prepared the school for the worse. Severus showed back up. Taking the position of Headmaster and putting you in charge of potions. The carrow Twins torturing Students. You rallied against them, standing your ground when they entered your classroom with the heartless in tent if harming your students. The students were sitting in your classroom, some weak, some down right scared of you. "I won't harm you...I know their rationing out the food so here.. it's from Honeydukes and the three broomsticks before they closed." You said. "Neville? Mind help me?" You asked softly.

The boy you knew as socially awkward was growing into a brave Soul. He nodded and stood up. Joining you by they platters of food. "One for each table. There's enough for you all on platter." You handed him two platters and took two of your own. "Eat quickly now! We never know who could enter-" you were cut off by the door slamming open. The carrow Twins standing in the door way. "You, come with us." They said in Union at you. "Stay safe." You whispered loud enough for them to hear you." You went with them. Not wanting to cause a scene.

You were brought into the great Hall. Where Severus stood. You narrowed your eyes at him. The twins forced you down on your knees at his feet. "Helping the students?" Said Severus coldly. His voice braking to many time before he cleared it and waved off the carrows. "You two can leave." He stated. They left. Not before casting a cursio curse onto which me you double over in pain. "Aaahh!" You screamed out in pain as it came to a stop you looked up at the almighty headmaster. "Coward." You spat.

"You have to understand why...I did it. Y/n just go to your room.. I'll speak with you later." You growled using what energy you had left and transforming into the large inner wolf you are. You snarled and snapped at him. "I am truly sorry." He held his hand out to you. Thankful no one was watching. You touched your to his paw. 'this doesn't mean I forgive you' you thought, knowing that if you let him in that would be it. "I know." He said as you moved away to your room.

You went and leaned into the balcony. It wasn't safe to do so but you didn't care. Gloomy clouds sat over hogwarts. Making the it looks sad and depressing.vwhich in reality it really was. The students marched onto the grounds. You couldn't bare to watch so you lowered your head onto your forearms and cried.
