As Seerahtun Nabawiyyah lesson 2 : Importance of Studying the Seerah

The lesson revolves around one ayah for me, لَّقَدْ كَانَ لَكُمْ فِى رَسُولِ ٱللَّهِ أُسْوَةٌ حَسَنَةٌ لِّمَن كَانَ يَرْجُوا۟ ٱللَّهَ وَٱلْيَوْمَ ٱلْءَاخِرَ وَذَكَرَ ٱللَّهَ كَثِيرًا
Translation: There has certainly been for you in the Messenger of Allah an excellent pattern for anyone whose hope is in Allah and the Last Day and [who] remembers Allah often.
(Al-Ahzab 33:21)
Uswatun Hasanah means a great, excellent example...and indeed RasulAllah ﷺ is the supreme example for the mankind. If we look at his life, he was successful in every single aspect of life. Despite of all the hardships and calamities, he was a person who had achieved, peace of mind, content living and healthy relationships. May it be as a political leader, a businessman, a husband, a father, a teacher, a friend, a brother or a son...he was the epitome of khayr. A limit to strive for. Its like he has set an example of the best. And we need to work more and more in order to be like him. To be more productive with our time, to be more kind with our kids, to be more patient with our relationships , to be more fit with our health , to be more intelligent and eager to learn and the greatest of them all, to be the beloved servant of Allah subhanahuwataala.
Allah refers him as, "lakad mannallaha", "a huge favour";  and it is so true ! Just imagine having a book as complex and comprehensive as Quran, and no one to explain its meaning to us. Imagine if we didn't have so many events from his life, whom we relate today with our lives and hope for Allah's mercy and approval. He really is a huge favour and being among his Ummah is the greatest blessing for us as a believer. Alhamdulillahi katheerah.

When we look at the literature and resources for learning seerah, there are thousands of books. So many. Every writer has written according to their perspective. We look at things according to our current situation. So we need to read more and more books in order to get glimpse of every single aspect of his life. Emotional,Mental, Physical, military expedition, family interaction, social interactions, personal development. We need to seek for more authentic stuff to learn every relevant aspect of our life. And this is something very special about RasulAllah ﷺ، that he being supremely successful person in every single aspect of life, everyone can extract lessons for guidance from his life. Thus, we need to learn seerah for our own reformation, our Islaah and to take the step for a better, more productive, and a life that is beloved to Allah, to seek His pleasure. To learn about the prophet, who was most beloved to Allah, and to try imitating him,to the utmost level possible. The learning of Seerah is not something like accessory learning, its an ESSENTIAL element of our Deen, an essential knowledge in order to learn Quran in a better way, more deeply. And in order to love RasulAllah ﷺ more than any other human being, because true love come with in depth knowledge 🙃 loving someone requires knowing them thoroughly !

And I don't think, I can summarise every single point revolving around my mind...I'm out of words, yet so full of words to emphasize....so I'll just cut my speech here,  and share the second link with you.
