Sasuko could almost hear the wheels turning in both of their heads. Her small dramatic moment of silence leaving them with the freedom to momentarily speculate as to what the secret is that only sasuko and the Hokage knew.

She let out a long slow breath to steady her nerves as she slowly raised her hands to her chest. The hand signs she wove were so fast that neither of her teammates could actually fallow them. "Release!" She almost whispered. Her nerves were wracked but she knew that she couldn't keep this secret from her own team. Not if she wanted to be able to trust them fully in return.

A large puff of white smoke had covered her as she spoke. Her eyes shutting in an effort to keep from seeing the disappointed looks on their faces. When neither of them spoke she slowly began to open her eyes. The looks on their faces weren't exactly what she expected. Naruto was beaming a brilliant and very real smile at her while Sakura looked as if she had finally gotten the final piece of some huge puzzle that she had been working on for years. Neither looked even the least bit betrayed by her deception. Sasuko actually had to look down at herself to make sure she had released the jutsu properly.

She almost gasped. It had been quite a long time since she had seen her own form. Looking down at her body she could see even through her baggy clothes. Her waist was small, but her hips were more pronounced for her age then most. Turning in a small circle as she examined herself, she noticed she had a bit of a bubble butt. She almost giggled at the site. Blushing a bit as she turned back and examined her chest. Looking into her shirt, she concluded that she should probably start wearing a bra... if the Hokage ever let her go out into public as a female that is.

Her eyes timidly slid back up to her teammates. The slight pink of her cheeks as she gave a small wave and bit her lip nervously was subtle but enough to make both of her teammates blush heavily. "I-im so sorry I have had to keep this to myself for so long. But I swore I would never let anything stop me from becoming a proper ninja, and I realized that I couldn't trust my team unless they trusted me first." She bowed deeply in apology. Her long silky black strands hung straight to the ground as she faced the floor with her overly formal bow.

Sakura came up and pat her shoulder. Taking the hint Sasuko slowly raised to stand again. She looked into Sakura's green eyes and waited for her to speak. "We understand, and I realize that it must have been hard to keep this to yourself for so long." Her words were the most comforting thing Sasuko had heard in a long time. The two shared a small smile before sasuko looked to Naruto.

As her eyes set onto him she tilt her head to the side with a timid smile. "Miss me fox boy?" She mumbled softly.

All at once her personal space was invaded as Naruto tackled her to the ground in a bone crushing hug. His cheek rubbing into the top of her head as he began to babble happily. "I knew it! I just knew it was you! I wanted to scream it at you so many times! I thought you had abandoned me!" He was almost choking on his words as happy tears streamed down his face.

Sasuko looked at him and placed her hand on his cheek with a sad smile before kissing his nose. "You were my first and only friend back then. I will never abandon you. But I had to do this. Not by choice, but by necessity."

He nodded in understanding before they both stood again. Sasuko grabbed both of her teammates hands before starting to the door.

"Wait! Shouldn't you change back? What if there are people in the halls?" Sakura suddenly halted them all just before the doors.

Sasuko looked from sakura then to naruto before nodding. Her hands raised to her chest as she quickly went through the hand signs. Mumbling the words to herself just before the white cloud once again covered her form. It quickly dissipated to once again reveal the raven headed boy in her place. With a small smile to the two of them she stuffed her hands into her pockets and sauntered out of the classroom in true Sasuke fashion. The almost lazy looking relaxed posture that she was able to adapt so quickly was so far from the shy but bouncy girl they had just witnessed.

Sakuras eyes lit up in admiration, but this time for a completely different reason. It had only just then dawned on her that Sasuko was a great chameleon. Someone who would make an absolutely perfect spy. The girl was the same age as her and had already been living as someone she wasn't for most of her life, without anyone ever finding out. Except... her eyes drifted over to Naruto as they followed Sasuko. A questioning look sparkled in her eyes.

"How did you know?" Her voice was small so she didnt draw anyone else's attention, just incase they passed someone. "Back in the class you said that you knew it."

He looked to her with a half but genuine smile. His face looked as if he had just been lifted of the worst burden he's ever carried. "Back before all of the bad stuff happened that ended in this situation, I was the only one who could ever tell them apart." He said almost humbly. "I dont know why myself, I've just always known where she was..."

Sakura tilted her head at him momentarily. A sudden wave of appreciation washed over her. The boy she always though was dead last. He had been aware enough of the situation to have called sasuko out years ago. But he had selflessly kept it to himself. Even though he always seemed like the class screw up, he was so loyal to his only friend that he kept her secret without even realizing how vital it was.

"Your secretly a great person aren't you?" She grinned at him just as they reached the door to the roof.

Sasuko and naruto both chuckled at this. Sasuko had come to the same conclusion that sakura had before sakura had put the pieces together.

"Before we begin our introductions..." an almost lazy voice said. Kakashi was perched on the ledge of the roof. He lazily drew his gaze to sasuko before speaking. "The hokage has told me everything, he says you have his permission to release the henge in front of your team. That's also why he picked me to be the team captain. I'm the best at keeping secrets. " the man made a closed eye smile at her and tilt his head innocently.

Sasuko abruptly smacked herself in the forehead. Her cheeks turning bright pink as she grumbled under her breath about 'sneaky old men'.
