I walked towards grabbing his collar and pulling him down to my height.

"You are one filthy person, who do you think you are hurting someone just for the entertainment and satisfaction, pathetic I have enough proof to put you in jail,"

I watched as his eyes widened he was sweating and his knees were probably shaking I glared murderous daggers at him.

"I will not let you walk away I wanna see you rot for all the bad things you did to hinata, and if that's not the case then I'll make sure it happens. . .who am I kidding?"

"Your kidding? What the helー" I pushed him to the ground "What I meant was who am I kidding a you're going to jail anyways after this."

Like it was right on que y/n came calling my name out I yelled back to say I was in here she watched the scene before her eyes.

"I got my proof and evidence you even see it yourself, go ahead do it."

She nodded pulling out hand cuff's, me who was rushing over to hinata saw that he was unconscious and his fever from before got worse.

Kenma was able to pick up hinata while other police came well not that much it was very easy to pick hinata up he was skinny and thin that you could see his ribs and he wasn't that heavy.

I made my way outside where kuroo and an ambulance was waiting they saw shoyo unconscious in my hands.

Kuroo was about to freak out I mean shoyo did look lifeless in my arms. They took him in the ambulance.

I wanted to come but they ended up leaving before I could say anything. It wasn't like he was on the verge of dying. . . kinda

"K-kenma what happenedー", kuroo voice came to a stop as we watched kageyama glare at us sending death stares to me mostly.

He was on hand cuffs alright and not only was he being put in jail for abuse it was something rather disturbing too. That couldn't be spoken of.

"Let's go, before sho freaks out." I said while getting in the front seat of the car. I wanted to see shoyo again but safe and sound.

I deicide to call iwaizumi for you know. . .

While driving to the hospital that hinata was taken too I called him on the way there.

"Hello? Kenma. . ."

"Sup."

"Okay very sudden you called me like this I meanー"

"Hinata is In the hospital, kageyama in jail. He's safe I think. ."

"Wait are you serious? That quickly wait hold on give me the hospital address I'll be there!, you really know how to get the job done."

"Yeah I guess . . .I'll send you the address right now I gotta go"

"See ya soon."

I made a 'hm' sound and hanged up, driving towards the hospital kuroo started to ask questions.

"Would he be okay?"

"What happened back there?"

"Kenma? Come on answer me!"

"Kenma?, kenma! Tell me the details. . ."

"Kenmー"

"I swear to God kuroo if you don't shut up I'll push you out this car and run over you."

At least that got him to shut up he sighed.

"Beside the hospital not that far. . .ask him yourself", it was quiet the rest of the drive only my PSP could be heard through out the ride.

We arrived at the hospital you know who was taking to.

Getting out the car I rushed towards the front desk. I'll let kuroo do the talking though.

The nurse looked up and raised an eyebrow "Are you guy's here for someone?" We shook our heads.

"Uh. . .yes!, is hinata shoyo here?" He looked at me for help has he never did this before?

"Hinata sho- who?" Taken aback did we forget to register him. . .

"Wait but-" getting cut off by a voice i knew, "Hinata shoyo, I'm his sister"

The nurse nodded she started typing in her computer "ah yes, hinata shoyo floor 4, room 403." She smiled we thanked her.

"I've been walking around all day. . . .I'm tired" I complained "Boo-hoo ken-ken deal with it."

"You're such a bitch y/n" I muttered "what was that? I couldn't hear you speak up!" she snapped back.

I groaned, we took the elevator "you've been really quiet kuroo is anything wrong?" Y/n asked eyeing kuroo for a second

I shifted my eyes towards him for a very very short second.

"Nothing. . .just worried" was all he spoke of.

Going on the fourth floor and looking for room 403, 'room 400, 401,..402. . .403!' Rushing over to knock the door.

Knocking on the door we waited for a voice.

. . .silence

We knocked two more times. And nothing came through deciding to let ourselves in and not disturbed him.

"Chibi-chan?", hinata was sitting on the bed legs folded towards to his chest.

"Hey shoyo, how are you doing?" Y/n walked closer towards him sitting next to him on the hospital bed.

He looked up, y/n flinched a little bit from the sudden action she slowly picked her hands up trying to give hinata a hug.

"D-don't hurt please!" he backed away y/n only widened her eyes and decided to just leave him alone for now.

I decided to walk towards shoyo I wanted to be gentle and careful since he's might be horrified from sudden people.

Reaching out for his hands slowly grabbing it I put it towards my chest "Sho."

He kinda adjusted towards it and I engulfed him with a hug he looked like he needed for years.

He was crying uncontrollably it was heart breaken I blushed a little "It's okay your alright. . ." he hugged me tighter

Kuroo came sitting next to hinata and hugging him iwaizumi and oikawa who just came let us be until the next day.

Might as well wait for him to adjust to things before opening up to us again that's if he wants.

He only cried while hugging me he didn't care about anyone us. He just cling on to me like a koala.

"Your okay, your fine, I won't let anyone else hurt you again."
