Chapter Twenty

The doors opened, expecting Izuku or Denki instead you were faced with an unfamiliar heart beat, "I was wondering if Midoriya was here?" "My brother or me?" "You." You hummed nervously, wiggling your toes in your shoes, "call me [Name]." "Call me Shoto then." You hummed, he seems like a nice person, his tone is very stiff but I don't feel anything threatening off of him.

"Shoto, where are you hurt?" "My chest, I was practicing my quirk and I ended up hurting myself." You heard his heart beat speed up, is he lying? Nonetheless, healing first, then questions. "Can you unbutton your shirt?" The bi-colored boy nodded, as you hummed, "do you want pain relief or would you like healing?" You asked as the boy blinked, "pain relief please." Is he hiding that he's getting healed? You asked your self touching his burns, circling the area and filling it in with your pointer finger.

"Hold on a minute okay?" He nodded as you rummaged though your bag, feeling the bolded labels you made for yourself

"You have burn marks, do you have a fire quirk?" You asked applying ointment to his burns a the bi colored boy watched you, why is she applying it so softly when she took away my pain?

"I have an ice and fire quirk." You hummed, "I heard ice was beautiful." "You've never seen ice?" You smiled, "I'm blind." "Oh." You hummed, "Shoto, how did you get these burns?" "What?" "You said they're from your quirk, but I don't feel like they are." You said, "I make it my duty as Recovery Girl's apprentice to make sure the students are safe."

He looked away, "my dad is the number two hero and we were training." He admitted, you hummed, placing your hand on the boys head, his heart beat is very angry, it reminds me of Izuku.

Rubbing his hair you hummed, "come in whenever you need pain relief and if this ever happens okay? Please, as your classmate and as someone who heals others, take care of yourself." He nodded, "I will."

Shoto walked away, Izuku looking at him as he exited out of the building, his tie unfastened, oh [Name], must have healed him, I wonder why he looks so dazed.

Izuku opened the doors, Denki trailing in, Uraraka with them.

"[Name]!" The girl shouted wrapping you in a hug, "Kaminari beat me to it!" "To what?" You asked as he handed you a cake, "to celebrate you telling your mom I got one of these."

You smiled, "It's the [insert favorite cake here] again!" The boy nodded, "I figured you would like it," you grabbed it, touching his hand feeling a rushing feeling around your body, starting from the bottom of your stomach and flowing up your back, "thank you Denki." "Of course!" He said loudly.

Next week Shoto came in again asking you a question before asking for a request, "what was that burn cream made out of?" "I made it myself, should I make you some?" "You did?" You hummed, "tomorrow at lunch we can make it together, we have all the supplies in here." He hummed, taking notice of the way Uraraka, Denki, and Izuku all talked to you, he assumed this is the way he would respond nods, "if you don't mind."

You smiled, "where are your hurt, "same spot." You hummed as he took off his shirt, noting the way you erased his pain this time, [Name] is very gentle, I wonder if it's because of her healing nature?

"What are you curious about?" "Huh?" "Your heart rate, it tells me your curious, I don't mind any questions." "Why are you so gentle?" You giggled, "my brother, Izuku, gets hurt a lot." He nodded, "we were bullied as kids and Izuku always got hurt, so I learnt from a young age to be careful with wounds." Todoroki nodded at this, "why are you so unfazed by kissing, I've heard that a lot of boys beat each other up to get a kiss from you."

You gasped, "they're still beating each other up!" You yelled concerned, while Shoto hummed, "yeah, you don't know?" "I heard about it, but I assumed they stopped after I reported it, why would anyone do that it's very dangerous, what if one hurts the other too much!" You yelled concerned for the others health, Todoroki stifled a laugh, "[Name] you're really pretty, why wouldn't they?"

You blinked, then laughed at the boys abrupt heart beat, "I'm sorry I've only ever been called pretty by my mom, Izuku, and Denki, you surprised me." You confessed, "although, now, I'm confused."

"About?" He asked curious about you, he noted that as well, about how even he along with the rest of the class has gained a interest in you, the girl who hides in the recovery office and supposedly sick, although he did note that you seemed to be much healthier than when he saw you at the USJ attack.

"Well when Denki called me pretty I got this flutter feeling, but when you did it, I just felt like it was Izuku calling me pretty." The boy hummed, confused along with you, "I can bring a feeling book my sister owns." "Really! You think it can tell me what I'm feeling?" You asked hopeful, "I think it could."

The next day Todoroki came as you had all the supplies out, Aloe vera, a few disinfectant items, and the most confusing one yet, honey, Todoroki had in his hands, a book about feelings.

"I know the other products, but why honey?" "It has a sterilizing affect it also soothes pains and can help burnt skin! Also smells good." You said proud of yourself while he nodded, seeing as you made it, he watched as you guess it all into a bowl, "I really just guess my amounts, since I'm blind, but it doesn't really matter." He hummed following your tutorial.

Aloe vera was the main ingredient, then you added a little of each disinfectant item, then some honey, making the cream, a purplish tone.

Todoroki looked at you as you handed him the bowl, putting ingredients in the bag, "there are disposable spoons that you can mix it with." He hummed, "thank you, [Name]." You hummed, "I think I found what you were talking about." "Oh! Do tell!" You said as he read it out-loud to you.

You hummed, "that sounds right, but I already knew I liked Denki." You said while Shoto hummed a no.

"I had my sister explain this to me and it's like a wanting to date the person feeling, she said it's like an excessive need to want to be closer to them." You hummed, "oh! That makes sense! I also want to open up to him a lot more than anyone else! I always want to give him more attention than others." He nodded, "That sounds like crushing on someone."

"Do you know what to do?" You asked the boy who hummed a no, "I don't." You sighed, "can you please not tell anyone in class?"

Recovery girl laughed, "tell no one what?" "That she/I like(s) Kaminari/Denki." You two said at once, making recovery girl laugh, so she likes him? How cute, she thought smiling, "ah to be young!" She said sitting down as you asked her bout her lunch, while you two talked Shoto gave you a bye.

"[Name], you've been going very good with people, how would you feel being introduced to the world as Medic: The Medical Hero at the sports festival?" "Wait really!" You asked as she hummed, "yes, Nezu thinks we should get your license soon since heroes are already asking about you." You smiled, "Really, but I still get nervous and scared..." "Nonsense! You'll learn a lot soon!" You hummed, "please!" She smiled at you, what a good girl.
