Chapter Forty-Five

"Hey, I'm meeting up with the girls today." You told your mother and brother, "oh! You made friends!" "Since I've started going to class again the girls thought we should get to know each other by doing a swim day together!"

Your mother smiled, "are you going in your new bathing suit?" "No, we're using the schools suits."

You grinned, taking out your left hearing aid, "why do you only use it in one, ribbit." You laughed, "Oh, uh, Kacchan accidentally ripped out my hearing aid, and it damaged my ear."

Ochako pretended to not know the circumstances of what happened, since it seems like you want to keep it a secret she respected it, but she couldn't help, but be bugged by it.

After all, she knew what really happened because Izuku told her, she knew that he ripped it out, that the hearing in your left ear will never return and even with the advances of your senses it's still gone.

She knows that he took away part of your hearing and how basically he took away part of your sight, that was one part you could never get back of you, no matter what and it irritated your friend.

"[Name], are you okay, about the topic of your left ear coming up?" You smiled at Ochako, "yes, I'm over it, I can't be mad at something like this. I don't think he meant to hurt me like this." You friend nodded, "so about Todoroki and Deku, do they like each other?" "Honestly, no clue, but it's fun to watch the two jump around hoops."

Ochako laughed, walking out you heard the boys, "what are they doing here?" You laughed as you heard Mineta and Denki get sad over you all not being in swim suits, "I just wanted to see [name] in the bathing suit we picked out!"

You laughed, as you could hear Mineta "school swim suits are hot too."

You laughed playing with the girls, "so you and Denki are dating right!" Ashido asked as you hummed, "we are."

"I really thought you two already were together!" "Huh! Really!" "Yeah you guys flirted a lot, held hands, and you totally ignored everyone else for him!" "What do you mean?" You asked hitting the volley ball back to the girls, "well Bakugo likes you too, I just figured.." You laughed, "Kacchan? Kacchan is Kacchan, we're like siblings."

"Hey raccoon eyes stop spouting fucking bullshit!" You laughed, "see Kacchan is usually upfront about how he feels, he even told Izuku and I..." "[Name], please stop." "Alright Izuku!"

You felt your hands get all pruney like, you hated that feeling. "I'm going to head out, I'll see you all on the camp." You dropped a towel over you and left to go put on your clothes again, walking out you found Katsuki.

"Hey, I want to talk." "About?" "What raccoon eyes said?" "That you like me, I know it's a lie." "I do." "Wait, what?" "I like you," "so why did you bully me, weird way of liking someone."

"I don't know, I thought I didn't like you, but it pissed me off seeing you with Dunce face, and then when you were gone it just hit me." You were shocked, confused, hurt, "I don't like you, at least not like that."

Denki over heard the conversation, "I really just have ears for Denki."

The blond had to not laugh at your blind joke, "but seriously thanks for the confession." "Don't be so fucking weird about it!" "I'm not being weird you are!" You shouted back, before you knew it the two of you were bickering about who was being weird.

Denki walked out, "who's being weird about what?" "Kacchan confession." "[Name]! What the fuck!" "I'm not going to lie to my boyfriend for you to be comfortable, think of it as pay back, truly a small price to pay!" "I rather you break my legs." "No! I would have to heal you!"

Denki laughed, "I don't mind, who wouldn't fall for someone so angelic!" You laughed, "you're so cheesy." "I am and you like it." You sighed, "you have a point, it is my favorite thing."

Katsuki grumbled, "I'm going, I'm not watching this after being rejected."

"You sure he's good?" You shrugged, "Kacchan will bounce back, and he dug his won grave, if he was nicer and didn't grow and ego we could have been something, but he did it himself."

Denki looked at you as you grabbed his hand, "plus he's what brought us together." Denki laughed, "I would have swept you off of your feet and you would have dated me." You laughed, "oh? Would I of?" You asked as the blonde laughed, "yeah, and I'll prove it." "What?"

You felt his lips plant on yours, "see, I totally would have swept you off your feet." You felt heat rise to your cheeks, your head getting a light feeling, "you defiantly would have swept me off of my feet."

"[Name], are you okay?" "Just give me a moment, I didn't expect that." Denki laughed wrapping his arms around you, "I thought kissing was just kissing." You laughed, "no not with you, that's a different type of kissing."
