Chapter 8: sweet dreams

I ran up the stairs, "you still can't catch me!" I screened from the top.

"How much do u want to bet on that little statement?" Jeremy yelled from the bottom.

"I don't bet, but you can try if you want to!" I yelled down.

"Oh, I'll try alright!" he growled, then ran upbthe staires after me.

He caught me at the top of the stairs cause if wasn't really moving all to fast. He grabed me from behind and swong me around, "I think I caught you" he wispered into my ear. He started licking and nibbling on my neck. I moaned and he chuckled as he ran his hand up my side.

"What are you going to do now that you caught me?" I ask breathlessly.

"I'm going to make you screem. I'm going to through you to thebed and make you mine!" he growlsd in my ear and I shivered under his touch as he slid his hand into my pants.

"oh Jeremy!"

"Lucy." he said gently.

"yes." I said back.

"Lucy." he said with a little more force.

"yes?" I asked.

"come on Lucy it's time to get up." he said, but it didn't sound like his voice.

"what are you talking about" I asked. I was so confused.

"Lucian just get up already!!" it sounded like Ex, but wait that couldn't be right. then I felt a sharp pain in my side and when I opened my eyes I was falling of the couch.

when I looked up I saw Ex, and Xander, and Aiden, and Dante, and... oh God... Jeremy. I looked at Ex then shook my head, "It was all a dreem?" I asked to no one in particular.

"yes it was." Ex said with a laugh. Althea him being able to know other peoples feelings, he knew exactly what kind of dreem I was having.

I baried my head in the pillow so that no one could see my face turn pink. and yes, vamps can do that, we can do all the things that humans can do, we are just stronger and faster and stay 18 forever (unless you were bitten, but lets not make things to complicated).

Jeremy came and sat behind me and put his hand on my back. "There is no need to be imbaresed. I don't know how Ex can figure out what you were dreeming about but it cant be that bad. so there is no need to strangle yourself with the pillow. just take your head out of the pillow, ok?" I did as he asked and piked my head up from the pillow.... then I baried my face in Jeremy's shirt. every one just laughed and the way Jeremy's chest moved when he laughed just mad my face heart up more.

"come on you two, we have to go to school." Xander said with a small smile on his face. he is such a softy.

Jeremy peeled me off of him and stood up. he then looked too me expectantly. I razed my arms at him and smiled sweetly, "carry me" I tell him.

"you're not even dressed," Jeremy said.

"yes I am." it was true cause Dante had just taken me hunting last night and I was too lazy to change so was good.

Jeremy seemed to notice this and just chuckled. He hooked one arm under my knees and the other around the middle of my back he then lifted me into the air. "Is that better?" He asked me.

"Yes, yes it is," I said with a smile. He just laughed at me with that adorable twinkle in his eyes. Just like that we headed to school.

Me and Jeremy had just got to my house after school and were now sitting in my bedroom cuddling and talking wile the tv rambles on in the back round.

"I want to ask you something." Jeremy says as he tightens his armed around me and rests his head on mine.

"What would that be?" I ask him.

"I was just wondering if... Well... Since I know mom... I was just wondering if... Maybe.. Um... If you would come to my house and meet my family" he ended in a whisper.

He sounded so scared that to comfort him I found myself say, "yeah, sure."

What have I just gotten myself into.
