I hated waiting for Ricky to get out of work. He tells me never to be late, but he's never outside on time. My patients were running thin with him. It's not like we spent anytime together, I guess the real reason I'm with him is because my daughter Jada love her father. I turned the air up in my all white 2014 Infiniti. It was still hot as hell outside and I was ready to go back home and go to sleep so that I could go to work the next morning.

Thirty minutes later Ricky finally decides to come outside. He looked straight at me with a grin on his face like I was suppose to be happy to see him. I rolled down my window and yelled for him to hurry up. I knew once he got to the car he would be talking shit, but I was ready to match his mouth.

" girl don't be rushing me like you crazy" he said as soon as he opened the door.

" Boy don't play with me today is not the day. You tell me to be outside at a certain time which means you need to have your ass outside at that same time. That's why you need to hurry up and get your car fixed. I am not about to do this bullshit everyday. " I was pissed, more like sick of his shit. Yes I felt bad for him when he lost his other job,and had to start working as a janitor but people go through shit that doesn't mean bring other people down with you.

" I know you not talking to me. Bitch came up in the game and act like she the shit now. Please I provided for you the entire time I was with you. Now you think you doing big shit because your an accountant now ?. " he sounded so jealous of me. I wanted to bust his little bubble. The reason I was able to afford nice things was because I knew what I wanted in life and I continue to hustle to get where I wanna be.That is what attracted him to me. We both wanted to live lavishly, but unfortunately he got set back a few steps which encouraged me to hustle harder. For him not so much. Being a janitor was supposed to be temporary while he looked for more work, but he never went back out there. I was supporting my family way before he even got the job as a janitor, so him providing for me was irrelevant at this point.

" Ricky do not get your feelings hurt because you know my mouth." That's all I needed to say to him and he knew what time it was.

I turned my music up road home in silence. There was nothing to talk about and I hated being in a car full of silence so music was my escape. Finally I reached the house and Ricky jump out of the car like an angry teenager mad at his mother. I still couldn't help but to admire how handsome he was with his Carmel complexion and light brown eyes. He stood at 6'1 1/2. When we first met I couldn't even look him in the eye without getting butterflies, now it's just like he doesn't even exist in my world. we worked so hard to build is gone. I still love Ricky it's just his action that drives me away at times.

I grabbed my purse from the backseat of the car and proceeded to the front door of my Beautiful home. I could only shake my head because I really did provide for my family if only Rick could see that. I took off my all blue running shoes at the door before walking to my bedroom to find a packing Ricky. It never ended with him. For him to be a guy he was very dramatic. Some days I laugh others I just wanna smack him in his head. Today was that day.

" Really Rick ?" I asked as I walked over to him.

" You don't appreciate me, so I will find someone who will." He spoke while packing his clothes into my luggage. What since does it make to leave with somebody else's belongings ?

" So when your done with your little attitude call me. Maybe I'll come pick you up, not making any promises though. " I walked inside my bathroom and took off my clothes. If you noticed my mouth could be really nasty, but only if you make me that way towards you. I remember when I first met Ricky a few years ago. I was introduced by my friend Sarah who I use to work with at one of my previous jobs. We hit it off well, and went on a few dates. Every since then we've been inseparable until now. It sucked but I was sick of the bull he put me threw. I'm so over it. By the time I got out of the bathroom Ricky was gone. I was secretly happy. I've been waiting for him to leave I just didn't wanna be the one to tell him. I didn't have time for Ricky's shenanigans sleep was calling my name.

* The Next Morning*

I slept all night without waking up threw the night and it felt good. I was in a much better mood than I would normally be in. By ten o clock I was all ready to get my daughter jade from my grandmothers house. I didn't wanna be there to early so I stopped by Dunkin' Donuts and brought a dozen of donuts. I knew it was going to be a house full of people and I didn't wanna arrive empty handed. I parked behind a all black Benz. Now my grandmother lived in the hood and I've never seen this car, especially since it was parked in my normal spot, but since I was in a good mood it didn't even bother me. I got out of my car and spoke to the young group of kids that want wanna be down so bad.

" damn Dora when you gonna let me hit ?" One of the little hoodlums yelled at me. I was so use to them hitting on me, and normally I would curse them out but today was not that day. I just smiled and continued to grandmas door. I thought I was going to be able to just walk in but for the first time it was locked.

*knock,knock*

I waited a whole minute before knocking harder.

" Who is it !! ? " My little cousin Tina asked.

" Open the door its me ! "

" Who's me ? "

" Stop playing ! Damn yo. " My feet was hurting standing for so long.

" Sorry Dora I didn't know that was you. " Tina said giving me a hug.

" What took you so long to answer the door ? "

" everyone's in the family room. "

" Where are the kids ? I brought donuts "

" Their in the living room I'll bring the donuts to them. "

" Make sure my baby get the strawberry with sprinkles. " I handed over the donuts and walk into the family room to see all the adults laughing and enjoying each other. I was surprised everyone was here so early.

" Hey Dora" I turned my head fast as hell. Why was peanut here ?
