Danny and Glenda made their way to Ravens Fair. Glenda had stated the last time she visited Ravens Fair an old friend of hers named Jamie Ashen had seemingly gone missing a few years prior to their visit. Danny stared at the surroundings of the town, it looked abandoned other than the very few people that lurked around there.
They stopped near a closed down shop where there weren't many people walking about. The two friends walked through the eerie streets, both being a little put off by the sounds of nothing and wind blowing old missing papers around the streets. They searched around the decrepit town, there being very few people taking notice of them.
They ran into a boy named Toby on their way. He was a sweet fella, very nice and polite. He told them about what Ravens Fair was like before the town became what it was, mentioned his family a few times, like how his little sister Blaire had gone missing and nobody other than him would speak or mention her, some even acting as if she never existed. But, their conversations with Toby came to a close as they approached where they were heading.
It was a worn down building that was in the middle of the lake, previously and only owned by Mary Shaw and her son. Mary Shaw was a popular toy creator around town, with her son usually bringing in her supplies. Something happened one night though, a kid named Michael Ashen had gone missing, and so had Mary Shaw. Once they went to investigate, they found both Mary and her son in the mansion, silent.
Danny asked if Toby remembered Mary's son's name, but unfortunately he didn't, but Toby wished the two good luck on whatever they were doing, leaving Danny and Glenda alone to cross the river alone.
