A Little Too Much

Warning: swearing, Henry being too drunk for his own good, a sad bean

Henry and I were out at a party and Henry being Henry had a little too much to drink. Classic binge drinker after just a couple drinks or a few shots. I was talking with some of the sober people but shortly I saw Henry stumble his was over to me as I was leaning against the wall near the front door.

"WiLl I- *Hic* lOoVeEe yOuU"

The other sober people just laughed at Henry's drunken words.

"Henry you're very drunk, let's get you home."

"CaN i cOomE ovVeR?"

"I suppose. You're too drunk to be alone anyway."

"I'm nOt tOo drUnK! FuCk yOu!"

I ignored his words and dragged him outside and into my car. I drove us to my house and by the time we were there he was asleep. I got out of the car walked around to the passenger side opened the door and picked Henry up to carry him inside. As I set him on my couch he woke up less drunk than earlier.

"Will..? Where are we?"

"We're at my house. You were so drunk and you still are."

"Can I sleep with you tonight?"

"Fine, fine."

Henry carefully stood up and walked over to me, he held onto my arm and the railing as we walked upstairs. When we got to my room he sat down on my bed and stared at his feet.

"You okay Hen?"

I saw tears slowly fall down his face and onto his pants. Why was he crying? Henry doesn't usually cry when he's drunk.

"Hey.. it's okay Hen. I'm here." I said as I knelt down in front of him. I looked up at him and held my arms out to let him know he could hug me. He did as I expected and hugged me, crying into my chest while I rubbed small circles into his back to help calm him down.

I sung his favourite song to him to calm him down and shortly he fell asleep on me. I kissed him on his forehead and picked him up, slowly setting him on my bed as I got up he grabbed my wrist and pulled me onto the bed, I laid there with him while he cuddled into me.
