Evie has finally found love. After years of searching for her prince, turns out she only needed a princess. Then she meets a special pirate. Will Evie find happily ever after with her Princess or Pirate?
It seemed like time was flying by. It had already been two weeks since Mal and I pulled an Isle move. We go on dates at midnight, and sneak around. It was fun, school started the other day. People are so rude. They underestimated me because im a VK. I lay in bed, thinking about the first day of class.
Flashback:
Mal and I walk into Social Studies class together. We don't hold hands, but we do sit next to each other. I took out the pencils and a notebook Jane and Lonnie gave me. The teacher walks in. I sit there paying attention to everything the teacher says. I have never had class before, so this was fun. I look over to see Mal drawing.
"Pay attention." I hiss.
"Miss. Grimhilde since you aren't paying attention this must be boring for you. Come answer this question. " the teacher says.
Sighing I walk up to the board.
"what was the question?" I ask sweetly,
"What are the names of the Greek Gods?" The teacher asks.
I think to when my mother made me study this back on the Isle. Writing them on the board, I say them out loud.
"Zeus, Poseidon and Hades are called the Big Three. Hera is Zeus' wife. Athena, Apollo, Artemis are all the children of Zeus. Demeter is the mother of Hades wife. Aphrodite has no parents. Ares is the child of Hera and Zeus. Then there is Hermes and Dionysus . And these are only the 12 main gods. There are others who are minor gods and goddess." I say.
The teacher looks at me in shock.
"Don't ever underestimate a VK." I say walking out of her class. I hear Mal laughing behind me. Once in the hall I burst out laughing. Mal grabs my hand and we run outside into the gardens, sitting there, until the boys come join us.
End of Flashback
I smile at the thought, and get up. I throw on my school clothes.

Evies school outfit
"Mal." I say jumping on her bed.
She shoots up straight and jumps up out of bed. I laugh.
"Get up sleepyhead." I say laughing, packing my school bag.
"Meanie." Mal grumbles as she gets up.
Jane and Lonnie were already gone, they were picking up Starbucks for us. I walk over to Mal and hug her from behind. She turns around in my arms.
"Hey baby." she whispers.
I giggle. Only Mal has made me feel this way. She leans in and kisses me. I kiss her back. We hear a knock on the door. I quickly let go of Mal and go to answer the door.
"Hello Evie." Ben says.
"Ben." I say with no emotion. I still hate him but Mal likes being "friends" with him, so I tolerate him.
"Mal, would you like to be my date to the Coronation?" Ben asks.
"Yes." Mal says smiling.
And thats when my heart starts to break, right there in that moment, when she says yes to Ben.
