Chapter 3 - Please This Is My Life.

Your POV

It's been a few months, Buck and I have been going to physical therapy together, and we have been doing a lot better, today was our firefighter recertificate. Because we had to do it again to become firefighters again, we even got better times than before. Buck and I high fived. That night Athena told us to come over so she can talk to us about how we feel. We get there and they yell surprise. Buck and I jump back startled. Chris came forward giving me a big hug. I hugged back as Eddie gave Buck a hug then gave me a hug. We had some cake and I was talking with Bobby. 

"Thank you Bobby for being there while Buck and I went through physical therapy and never giving up on on us." I took a bite of cake then I started to cough, and I rubbed my chest. 

"(Y/n)?" Bobby asks. I keep coughing trying to get whatever was there up. I heard the voices quiet down and everyone look over at us. 

"(Y/n)?" I hear Buck. I finally stop coughing and realize I have blood on my hands. Then next thing I remember everything was black. 

Bucks POV

It's been amazing living with (y/n) and going to physical therapy together, we got our recertification to become firefighters again. We were all a party that night when I saw (y/n) talking with Bobby, when she started coughing, then she vomited up blood before passing out on the ground. 

"(Y/n)!" I rush over Hen and Chimney got to work since they were paramedics while Maddie called 911. I was pulled away by Bobby and Athena, I saw Eddie was tending to Chris who was trying to get over so I went over. 

"Hey Buddy, you need to let Hen and Chimney do their job okay?" Eddie asks. But Chris was not having it. I saw the tears. 

"But blood! So much blood." Chris says. 

"She's gonna be okay. She's strong. She's a superhero remember?" Eddie says. I was confused but didn't say anything. 

"Come on, lets head to the front to wait for the paramedics to get here okay?" I say. Eddie picks up Chris and I follow behind them, it wasn't long till they got there. Hen and Chimney helped them. I was allowed in the ambulance but I decided against it. Maddie drove Chimney and I. I didn't know who everyone else rode with. When I got to the hospital she was already in a recovery room. I went there and she looked at me with a smile. 

"Hey Buckaroo." 

Your POV

I waked up in the hospital confused, then I remembered coughing up blood, then everything went black. How bad did it get? I glance over to see Buck sitting there, and I smiled. He didn't seem to happy. Then I looked over to see Eddie. I look back at buck. 

"Hey Buckaroo." I say with a smile. The doctor comes in with some scans. 

"So what exactly happened?" Buck asks to the doctor. 

"She had a blood clot in her lungs, she has two more in her legs." The doctor says putting up the scans. I looked at them and I ignored the looks. 

"Could they have been caused by over exercising? She and I were training to get our recertification." Buck says. 

"Could be, I'm going to put you on blood thinners. Okay? Be more careful okay? A nurse will be by with your discharge papers, and your script." The doctor leaves. Buck was looking at me, and I could see the disappointment, and I think Eddie could too. 

"I'm going to go to everyone you're awake and okay. Chris was really worried." Eddie says giving me a quick hug before walking out. 

"Buckaroo?" I ask.
