You'd have to apologize for yesterday. Raven didn't see anything wrong with what you said, but Draco now blatantly avoided you.

You were sure it had to do with the way you spoke to his girlfriend. It had to be. You probably offended her with how you spoke. You made her quiet for the rest of the playthrough against her will.

"I could have handled myself better." You murmured. "I didn't have to shut her up like that."

"If you could use it on the boys, that would be great." Starfire said.

Roy, Jason and Damian gave a united scoff from the common room floor. The knight on Damian's side of the chess board moved by itself.

"We are playing very quietly."

"Its not my fault that my pipsqueak brother got selected to your house." Jason said.

"It's not our fault that Damian likes us more than you."

Starfire grinned when the child agreed with her.

The Hufflepuff common room was quiet thanks to good weather, allowing your group to smuggle in outsiders. There wasn't a rule against houses being in other common rooms. At least, not that you know of.

You weren't apologizing. You said nothing wrong. Raven was completely right.

You warned her, that should have stopped her horrid behaviour in its tracks, not provoked her. You warned her of what was to come. It's her fault for not preparing for it.

Draco was avoiding you, that hurt. You thought of ways into bullying him to talk to you again. Ask him why he got so offended for you defending your team. Your house!

He said that your house was your bond. It was the thickest bond the students of Hogwarts could have. He should be proud of how you held yourself. He knows how worse things would have gotten if you let it.

"Can I borrow your transfig. essay?" You asked Raven.

"I thought you finished it."

"Transfig. Why do you say transfig? Stop shortening our class names."

"I still need to do my essay for defenses."

"Against the dark arts, say it completely."

"You're the only one hung up on this, Jason."

You wanted to make sure you had the similar points that McGonagall wanted. And since she usually used Raven's essays as her 'Ideal essay', using it to mark other students work against, then you would have a perfect score.

You didn't need to explain anything to her. You just smiled sheepishly, and she waved her hand. The scroll of parchment paper gracefully floated out of her bag and into your grateful (greedy) hands.

Roy and Jason complained about you receiving help. You looked between the nearly identical pieces of work,

"Now I have to change my essay."

"Is it that wrong?"

You gave them to Raven. Who gave it back to you after a few minutes.

"There's nothing wrong with it."

"Exactly, she'll think I copied off you."

"Or I cheated off you."

You humored her. She hardly makes jokes, so when she does, you and Star make sure to laugh it up.

Apparently, she was serious.

You realised that she did not have any clues of the Mcgonagall-student hierarchy. She was at the very top of the tier, above the Gryffindor's Hermione.
