"Father, you wished to talk to Octavian?" I ask, walking into the room.
"I did, but what's with the formalities?" Chaos asks, staring at me with his multi coloured eyes.
"If I don't I will probably kill someone." I give a small smirk. My father nods. I walk out of the room, after giving Octavian a small smile.

I head back to my room, and just lie there, on my bed. Watching as sparkles float above my head, created by my twiddling fingers. I hear the shouts and bangs of training going on upstairs, and decide to join the rest of the army.

Kira's P.O.V. (Due to requests by Kira herself, well, the IRL Kira...)

I listen as Jonathan walks through the portal, then slip down the hall. What the Hades has happened to Magma? Ever since she went to the Roman camp, she's been more reclusive. I know Jonathan had a slight affect on her, and so would the accident she had before she left, but she still seems different.

A sharp pain in my shoulder brings me from my thoughts. "Dammit." I mutter, trying to get my bearings back, but sadly failing. Stupid! Getting lost in my own home, how idiotic of me. I feel someone come up behind me, so I grab my knife from its sheath on my hip, and turn towards the sound.
"Woah! I'm sorry, I just got a bit lost. Magma was meant to meet me after talking to Chaos." A boy with a shaky voice explains. My arm drops, as I realise who it is.
"Your Octavian I assume. Yes well, Magma probably went to training, and lost track of time, again. I'll show you the way back to your room." I give him a pat on the back, long enough to use my powers to see through his eyes, and figure out where we are. Once I've got my bearings straight, I head to the east corner, where all the rooms are situated. I count ten steps, then turn left.

"Here's your room, I'll go tell Magma that you've arrived to your room safely. She will probably come to check in on you in half an hour or so." I turn and start to walk away.
"Wait!" He calls behind me. "Do you think we're doing the right thing? Betraying the gods?"
The question startles me.
"The gods betrayed us, not the other way around. Hera is the reason I can't see anymore. She came here and cursed me, never to see again." But that might not be true. I remind myself. I think of the boy, Jack. His pale features never fail to amaze me. I continue to the training room, where I call for Magma, and wait.

"Hey Kira, whats up?" She asks, slightly out of breath.
"Have you checked the time?" I ask.
"Shoot! Dad's probably finished talking to Octavian!" Panic fills her voice.
"He's in his room." I calm her. She sighs in relief.
"Thanks Kira!" She gives me a hug and rushes out of the room. I laugh and head back to my room.

"Kira? Where in Hades are you, and the rest of the army? The Romans are growing impatient, and their leader is missing. That makes them unpredictable." My breath hitches as I turn and see jack behind me.
"Jack! How did you get through? Iris Messages normally cant get through!" I exclaim, in confusion.
"I gave Daisy a bit extra. Its amazing what she can do when she puts her mind to it." He laughs. I look at him confused.
"Long story." He mutters before becoming serious again.
"Octavian is with us. Look Jack, you need to come here, please. I'm worried about you." I hurriedly say, before heading to Chaos' office. "Be ready in ten minutes." I command, before breaking the link.

Hey Guys!
If you read my other book, Cryptic, you will know I'm heading to Australia for a week or so. I probably wont be posting while I'm there, so I'm giving an update before I head off.
I'll be back at school when I return, so updates will be more ordered and all that.

Anyways!
