Confessions

"Yoongi.. i know your mad at me but please pick up, please" she mumbles to the phone as she dials his number.

"Ara.. i'm busy" Yoongi sighs.

"I don't care! I need help! Please!" Ara frantically screams into the phone, locking the doors as Jin rocks the car, in his panda form again.

"Ara? Is that.. hyung? What's going on!"

"Please.. we followed the trail of that man.. he shot Jin with something.. he's out of control i don't know what's going on but he's gonna tip the car over!"

Jin is outside the car, leaning on the door of it so he can peer inside.

"Bring Jungkook and hurry.. please" she hangs up the phone, knowing Jimin can find her, as any of them can by their smell.

Jin swipes his paw on the window, trying to get inside. Ara can feel the tears streaming down her face in fear. Jin has never been this aggressive. He looks like he wants in.. to hurt her.

She swallows her fear and knows what she must do. This must be the stupidest idea she's ever had.

Ara shifts in her clothes, not having time to take them off and wiggles her fox body out of the clothes, thankful her fox is smaller than she is so she does 't rip clothes as often.

Ara hops out her window and slowly crawls under the car, waiting for Jin to move before she darts down the alleyway, not stopping till she is fully hidden in the dark.

Jin follows her, sniffing the air for her. She knows he will find her she just hopes he recognizes her enough to not hurt her.

Ara does the one thing she hates most, laying on her back and offering her stomach to Jin as he approaches her. She swallows her fear and hopes this will work.

She stays perfectly still while Jin sniffs her stomach, poking his rough tongue out and licking the fur there.

Ara dares risk a glance at Jin and sees.. he isn't trying to hurt her. He lays his big furry head on her stomach, nearly covering her whole body in his attempt to lay it on her.

She hears Jungkook's growling from the end of the alleyway as he runs over, ready to stop Jin.

"Wait, Kook" Yoongi says, in human form. "Why is he doing that?"

Ara shifts to human and Jin doesn't move his head from her stomach. Ara hesitantly reaches out and rubs his ears, which makes him look up at her.

"He.. he was just chasing me a bit ago.. what.. what happened" she frowns.

"He went from angry to.. lovable? What was that dart filled with?" Yoongi looks at her but she shrugs.

Yoongi reaches to grab Jin but he roars rather loudly and bites at Yoongi's hand.

"What the hell hyung!" Yoongi hisses, narrowly missing his hand.

Ara has the strangest feeling like this has happened before, though she knows it hasn't.

She shakes the feeling and slowly runs her fingers through his fur while Jungkook shifts and changes.

"Hyung? We need you to shift and get dressed. We're drawing a crowd." Jungkook whispers, holding out clothes for Jin.

Jin raises his head, looks at Jungkook and shifts but doesn't move his head from her stomach.

"Why don't you see me as more than an older brother figure?" Jin whispers, his voice hoarse and far away, as if it isn't him speaking.

"What do you mean?" Ara whispers softly, Jin raising his head to look at her, his eyes still black.

"Why don't you want me?" He whispers softly, his eyes blinking up at her and Ara feels her heart grow softer.

"I do want you, Jinnie.. i want all of you. We're pack" she says carefully.

"Not like that! Why did you mate with Jimin and not me?!" He roars, making Ara shush him by scratching his ears and soothing him.

"I didn't do it on purpose, Jinnie. I promise i didn't. I never wanted to hurt any of you"

Yoongi grabs Jungkook's arm to give you two privacy, shutting the door so they won't be able to hear, mumbling about how Jin has messed up timing to get emotional.

"I love you, Ara" Jin says matter of factly, his eyes shining up at her with nothing but love and adoration.

"Wh-what?" Ara's eyes widen.

"I said-"

"I heard you!" Ara interupts, feeling a little panicked. "Maybe it's the medicine from the dart, making you confused"

"No!" Jin roars again, making Ara bite her lip with the force of it. "I've known for about a week or so now. I thought you were so beautiful when we first saw you, Ara. So beautiful"

Ara doesn't say anything. She isn't sure what to say.

"Seeing how brave and strong you are after everything you dealt with. Saving Yoongi, losing your platonic soulmate, all of our heats in the span of a few months. How your ears perk up when you laugh at my stupid jokes.. i don't know when but i think i'm falling for you Ara"

Ara is taken back. What does she say? Does she love him back? She isn't sure.

"I can't say it back. Not right now. I don't know what i feel." Ara whispers softly, but Jin doesn't answer and when she looks down, he is passed out.

"Jungkook!" She yells and the husky quickly comes running, looking at the situation and lifts Jin with almost ease and carries him to the car.

Ara gets up and slips on the clothes Yoongi holds out so she can change before getting in the passenger seat.

"Thank you for coming, Yoon" she whispers softly, her mind in shambles as she processes his confession.

"Follow your heart, Ara. No matter where it leads you" Yoongi whispers softly, driving off without another word.

The entire way home Ara thinks to how she feels, about all of them. It isn't uncommon for an unmated girl to share the pack, but does she really want to be with all of them in ways other than friendly?
