"Where are we going?" She asks curiously once they get in the car.

"You'll see" he winks at her and drives. Ara has always been intrigued by Namjoon. He's so quiet and smart but yet shy and clumsy at the same time.

She stays quiet for the whole drive, simply enjoying Namjoon's company.

When he does pull over, she sees they are at the art museum.

"Art museum?" She looks over at Namjoon when they both climb out of the car.

"It's my favorite place in the whole city" he smiles, his dimples prominent as he offers his arm.

Ara slides her arm through his and walks with him inside the fancy building. She feels really happy to be getting some time alone with Namjoon.

"This one is my favorite" he says quietly. Ara looks over the painting, imagining seeing it through  Namjoon's eyes.

It is quite beautiful and Ara feels thankful for Namjoon letting her into his world a bit.

"I like the colors, they blend so well together"

Namjoon smiles at her words and Ara looks over to study  his face. He looks so peaceful while studying the works of art. Ara feels like she can stay here for hours watching him so at peace.

They spend quite a few hours studying each piece of art before Ara's stomach interrupts them.

Namjoon chuckles and looks down at her.

"Hungry?"

"I.. didn't eat lunch.." she blushes as her stomach makes very loud noises of protest.

"I'll treat you, let's get some food" Namjoon leads her out of the museum and  towards the car where he holds the door open for her to climb in before going around the car to his side.

"Street food okay? I really want some tteok-bokki.. oo and some kimbap.. maybe some gyeran-ppang.. and some gungeoppang! And banana milk"

Namjoon laughs at her excitement for food, reminded of the youngest pack member.

"You're starting to sound like Junkook-ah"

Ara blushes a little bit and plays with her hands.

"I'm just really hungry" she laughs nervously, drawing another amused chuckle from Namjoon.

She looks over at him curiously.

"You ever gonna tell me how you got your license?" She raises an eyebrow, remembering he never drove when she first came here.

"Ah~ i barely passed. It took me alot of tries. Remember how we met Jin hyung? I was kind of forced to drive that night and i realized.. i can do this"

"But you passed even though you drive really slow?" Ara giggles when Namjoon visibly blushes.

"That's why it took awhile. I was afraid to go too fast cus well, i'm rather clumsy"

"You don't say" Ara pretends to be shocked, as if this wasn't an obvious concept.

"I know right? Me, clumsy? Who would have thought" he teases back, smiling really wide.

Namjoon pulls over and tells her to wait there while he gets everything she wanted before driving them to a really nice spot to watch the sun go down. They get out and sit on the hood of Jin's car while they eat.

"Mmmm" Ara hums, taking a big bite of the kimbap.

"You sure you can handle Jungkook when we get home? Having banana milk without him?" Namjoon chuckles and takes a bite if his own food.

"I shall try my best to resist the almighty pout of Jungkook" Ara giggles again and shares some of her food with Namjoon.

"Did i ever tell you about the people who raised me?"

Ara shakes her head, sipping her banana milk.

"Well, i never met my real family. At least, i can't remember them. So i don't know why they left me or if they're even alive. I was found by a couple of vampires."

Ara's eyes widen at that. Vampires were meant to be extinct.

"Yeah, don't tell anyone. They keep very hidden so the humans won't treat them as they once did"

Ara crosses her heart and smiles for him to continue.

"Instead if eating a pup like me as they are known to do, for whatever reason they thought of, they took me home, raised me. I left when i was 18 to be on my own but.. i owe them alot"

"What are they like?" Ara is curious now so curious she doesn't finish her food.

"Every bit as scary as the stories, but at the same time you can sort of see why they are. Not all are bad but they are nonetheless scary. My "parents" as you probably can call them,  help me out alot when i get into situations"

"They don't require anything for helping?"

"Blood of course but that's what butchers are for" Namjoon laughs at her horrified look. "I don't let them feed on me, don't worry"

Ara visibly relaxes and feels like she understands Namjoon a bit more.

"I- i don't remember my parents anymore. I've been in Korea since i was a pup but i don't remember how i got here. I was wandering around homeless when Beyongkwan found me and i joined his pack.."

"Ah.. i'm sorry. Do you ever think to go back?"  Namjoon puts his food down and looks over at her.

"There is no point. This is home for me now. You guys are my family." Ara smiles and takes Namjoon's hand, surprised when he links their fingers together.

"I did wonder how a foreigner was so good at Korean when we first met" he laughs, rubbing his neck nervously.

"You learn alot on the streets" she laughs, easing the tension in Namjoon's shoulders.

"I'm glad i met you, Ara" he says quietly. "Thank you for agreeing to this. I feel.. closer to you after today"

"Me too. Thank you for letting me into your world"

Namjoon slides off the car, releasing her hand so he can gather their uneaten food.

"We should head back to see if anyone's dead yet" he jokes, making Ara laugh. She can feel everyone being okay, at least the 3 she can feel so she knows everything is okay.

Namjoon may not feel that way about her, but at least now she can call him a friend, and that is fine with her.
