Knife is portrayed to be a very good-looking and sexy young man, with a blood red ahoge. He has ripped jeans, a black jacket, a plain white t-shirt and a kitchen knife and salmon knife for weapons. His eyes are black, but his right eye will grow a darkish red when he's serious or very much angry.

Undernight In-Birth description :
He murders. The hobby he carries in his blood. Something he cannot control when it breaks free of it. He kills, and kills and kills. Until he woke up, in a place that seemed a bit different.
He wonders. Aimlessly killing here and there, until he came across a Void. He thus became an In-Birth and used his newfound Powers for the better or worse. He crosses paths with himself from this world and he decides to find the reason why.
