In both outfits, Raphael is depicted to be a very handsome but small boy, always wearing reds and blacks. In his DE attire, he wears a black tuxedo decorated with yellow linings, buttons and the like, along with a rose on his right side.
He also wore a jacket on his shoulders, and in DR, it has faux fur on the top of it, and the interior is decorated with yellow buttons and black linings. He also wears a mask.

In his new outfit, he wears a black tuxedo with red outlines on the sleeves of his shirt. His jacket is colored black with red outlines on the jacket's arms and the jacket itself. He also wears red shoes.

He also has a new and improved outfit for 2021. This one gives off a more "vampiric" tone with the cross and several red colored spots. It follows the appearance of his father, Clavis, and his grandfather, Count Dracula.
