"Blue?"
"Yeah?"
Why did...remember when Fell hurt you? Why did he..."
"...I don't want to talk about it. "
Nightmare sighed. "I just want to know so I'm not confused. Dream told me you dated him but I don't know-"
"If course Dream told you..." Blue took a deep breath. "Fell was...well...he wanted me to marry him on the first date. He didn't give me much of a chance to explain why I didn't want to...he immediately assumed that I hated him...and he hit me. And then he told me that I was useless...and...when he found out that we were...he stormed in and demanded that I marry him. I told him no and...he called me a lot of things...broke some stuff...he's messed up."
"Jeez, I've heard of lovestruck and all, but...I'm-"
"What have we said about sorry? It's not your fault." Blue leaned up and kissed Nightmare.
"And...Dust? You don't have to say-"
"There isn't much to say. Dust acted like we weren't even dating. He'd only kiss me or act like we were in love around..." Blue's eyes widened. "Horror." He laughed. "Oh my goodness, he was just trying to make Horror jealous!"
"That doesn't make it right..."
"No shit! He used me, no way is that right!" Blue rubbed at his face with his hand.
Nightmare hugged him close. "Nothing to say about me...I've never dated before...Dream, back before the...'incedent', he set me up with this bunny chick...so, he drags me there, and I'm sitting there, and the bunny girl comes in, looks at me, and walks right back out."
"What? Oh no!"
"Heh. I'm just glad you didn't."
"I would never."
Night smiled and cuddled close to Blue, effectively trapping him.
"Night?"
"Yeah?"
"When do you plan to let go?"
"How about never?"
