Here's the families and their kids. I tried to make a family tree but it didn't work lol so I'm going to try my best to explain it.
Tina Ruth Belcher:
Age: 39
Married to Zeke Belcher who took her name.

Delilah Belcher (5)

Additional Information:
Delilah is born after Tina is told she can't have more kids, and is a surprise baby. Amelia is best friends with Tammy and Jimmy Jr's daughter.
Gene Belcher:
Age: 37
Married to Alex Papasian who takes Gene's name and becomes Alex Belcher.

Additional Information:
Gene just...can't stop adopting children. The only ones biologically related are Lindy and Mitchell. Lindy is named after Linda, whereas the other kids are named before they are adopted.
Louise Belcher:
Age: 35
Married to Jessica

Cassidy Belcher (15)
Occupation: Manager at Bob's Burgers
Additional Information:
Cassidy is Jessica's biological daughter who was born male and identifies as female.
Other:
Teddy marries Kathleen (the Irish lady from a few episodes. I think they are cute together) and have a daughter named Graham, who is very much a tomboy. At the beginning of this book, she's working alongside Teddy in his workshop that he now owns, and she's in her twenties, being born not that long after the show takes place with the kids being 9, 11, and 13. So she's an adult at this point, but there's going to be a side stories thing where I go into her as a kid and the rest of the families growing up and stuff.
Mort gets together with Samantha the mortician lady and has a daughter named Thana (which literally means death. I like my pun)
Jimmy Jr. and Tammy end up together and have identical twin girls, Dakota and Colette. Colette is Amelia's best friend.
Bob still works at the restaurant, having Zeke take it over for the most part because of his perfect palate. Tina is a writer who stays at home with her kids but has her own home office, while Zeke works at Bob's Burgers, which makes it gain popularity, leading to the opening of another one, which Louise runs with Jessica and their daughter.
Linda and Bob are in their sixties at this point.
