ELLE'S POV.
The school day went by quickly and now we are all at home getting ready for the game. Andrew decided that it was good plan if everyone stay over for the night of the game and the party. He claims that it was the best way that we can all go together and watch over me during the party and instead of going home stay over. Part of that may be true but I know the main reason for it is so that he is not the only person cleaning the house. The only thing good that I get out of this whole thing is the sleepover with everyone. I didn't really get a chance to hang out with them and when I did I had a lot of things on my mind.
Andrew and I got ready for the game and we are waiting in the living room for the others to get here with their stuff and then we'll go. The door then opened revealing Austin and Will following right after them was Sarah with a huge suitcase of clothes that she replied saying she needed options to choose from for the party. Then Scott and Jake. Everyone was here and we were now getting into the cars. Andrew, Scott, Will and Jake all rode in Andrew's car and Austin, Sarah and I in Austin's car.
We arrived at the school fifteen minutes before the game started. Andrew, Scott, Will and Jake all go to meet the other teammates on the field while Austin, Sarah and I looked for seats.
"Hey Elle can you stay back for a moment." Asked Jake.
"What's up Jake something wrong." I say.
"No nothing is wrong I just wanted to know if you don't mind wearing my jacket tonight." He asks nervously.
"I mean sure I was starting to get cold might as well take you up on your offer." I say.
As Jake was helping me put on my jacket and I looked up into the bleachers and looked at Austin he looked like he was one second from blowing a fuse as he watched Jake and I. His stares were on me up to the last step I took towards them. If looks could kill I would be 6ft. under by now.
"What did you guys talk about?" Askes Austin.
"Nothing." I replied.
"He gave you his jacket?"
"Yeah?"
"Why?"
"Why do you want to know that for?"
"Because it's my business."
"Really? How is that your business exactly?" I asked.
"You may not know or you do and you're pretending not to but I own you princess."
"Yeah as if I don't belong to anyone especially you bad boy."
"Trust me it's only a matter of time before you realize that you are."
"I won't be so sure of yourself if I were you."
"Well we'll just have to see now do we."
"Shhh guys it's starting." Says Sarah excitedly.
In a matter of minutes the game was in full swing. So far our team were in the lead with ten points. The crowd was cheering for the team along with Sarah and I while Austin sat there and refused to do anything he was on his phone the entire time. I asked him to help us with the banner we made his excuse to that was that he didn't want to help us block anyone in the back of us; there was no one in the back of us. And finally for the first time since the game started he looked up once he heard a male's voice talking to me and Sarah. Well let's just say that poor guy is probably never going to want to talk to us after that encounter.
