"So, where are we going?" (Y/n) asks, paying attention to the road ahead.
"There's a chinese restaurant, we're gonna meet them there." Mike says, turning on a street and parking in front of the restaurant.
It was pretty big, the woman hadn't seen it yet. She hadn't had the time to get out of the house after the clown had appeared in her life. They got out of the car and Mike talked to the woman in the front, she led them inside the building towards a large table, seven chairs were placed around it. She asked for another chair, since she thought that they had the number of clients right. She sat beside Mike, looking around the establishment.
"What are you gonna tell them?" she says, looking at her nails before picking up the menu.
"About what?" he turns to her, getting up to look at a fish tank that was beside the table.
"About me, you can't just straight up tell them about my story. Either they'll hate me or think you're crazy." she continues, looking through the pages and reading the contents of each dish.
"I'll figure it out. Knowing them, they'll probably want to befriend you. After that I can tell them." Mike says, he hears a sound behind them turning to see one of his friends walk in "Hey!"
The guy jumps slightly, Mike walks to him and hugs the guy pretty tight, the man reciprocates, they keep hugging for a few seconds before Mike lets go and starts talking non-stop.
"I didn't know if any of you guys would- After all this time. But of course you came!" Mike got in the man's face, intimidating him a little.
"An oath is an oath." he stops, looking distant for a second "We losers gotta stick together, right?"
"Losers? You remember that, right? That's good." Mike tries to enter the topic, but remembers the woman sitting behind him "Oh! That's right! This is (Y/n)." he turns to her, she gets up from the chair and extends her hand to the man.
"Hello, I'm (Y/n) (L/n). Nice to meet you." she smiles, trying to be as friendly as possible.
"Bill Denbrough, nice to meet you too." he grabs her hand, shaking it slightly and smiling a little too awkwardly for her taste.
"She's mine... Uh..." Mike begins to say, but doesn't know how to introduce her as.
"I'm his girlfriend." she gets closer to the man and holds his hand, trying to sell the lie "He's a little shy about it."
When Bill was about to make a comment the two men heard a familiar voice entering the restaurant. Another man got in, smaller than Bill, but seemed younger. He was talking to the waiter about his allergies it seemed.
"If I eat a cashew I could-" he stopped as he looked at the two men "Realistically die."
Bill and Mike smile at him.
"Holy shit." he walked to the two and hugged them both at the same time.
They greeted each other, asking about life and work.
"You married Mike?" the new guy asks, (Y/n) laughs just by the thought of Mike trying to explain himself.
"Uh... Yes! Wait- No." he says, scratching his neck embarrassed.
The woman gets out from behind him, smiles and waves at the new person.
"Hi, I'm (Y/n) (L/n), Mike's girlfriend. Nice to meet you." she extends her hand, just like she did with Bill.
And just like Bill he accepts the hand, but his face was not exactly one of sympathy, more like a surprised one.
"Nice to meet you too. I'm Eddie Kaspbrak." he smiles a little before turning to Mike "I can't actually believe you got a girlfriend, you were just as shy as Ben!"
