A Familiar Face

Hey guys so yesterday I wanted to upload but I was at school and then afterwards I was busy. So here it is. Hope you like it.

We went through a lot of hallways. Every once in a while Katelyn would stop to say 'hi' to someone or tell someone else to do something. But she would introduce me to everyone we came across. I took out my cell and started texting my friend Stuart. We had been friends since the boarding school I had gone to in the 3rd grade. He was my best friend.

Me: hey!

Stuart: hi

Me: i'm at Boys and Girls Fight Academy

Sutart: That's cool. Wait where?

Me: Boys and Girls Fight Academy why??

Stuart: well that's where i go now. where r u.

Me: heading to Katelyn's dorm

Stuart: wait your with the leader of the Girls

Me: yeah just until I decide which side I want to be on. I'm guessing your on the guys

Stuart: yep. so have you thought about where

Me: yeah. but i want to observe each side before I officially decide.

Suart: ill meet you at Kate's dorm. ok

Me: ok c u there

I put away my phone and looked up. We were in front of a door. The clipboard said: 

Katelyn Monty

Status: Leader of Girl's Side

Makayla Rose 

Age: 13 

Status: Vice leader of Girls side

Jessica Derian 

Age:13 

Status: Unknown

I was surprised to see my name on it already.

"Oh I had that done yesterday." Katelyn said when she saw my face, I guess from seeing my confusion. She put in her key in and opened the door. Another girl was in the room. She had short red and black hair. She was listening to her mp3 and reading a book.

"Makayla." Katelyn said. Makayla looked up. She took out her ear-buds and put her bookmark inside her book.

"Uh hi. Who's this?" she asked, looking at me skeptically.

"This is Jessica, our new roommate and hopefully full conrad." Katelyn said while gesturing to me. "This is Makayla. She's my counsel of what we should do whenever we're fighting the boys. She's..."

Makayla interupted her saying, "I can tell her. I'm a really good fighter and I can work my way into there heads. They're all afraid of me." she said proudly. I nodded.

"Nice to meet you. So where will I be staying?" I asked.

"You'll be sleeping right there." she said pointing to a bed in the corner. All of my luggage was already piled on top of it.

"You sure have a lot of stuff." Makayla said giving me a questioning look.

"My parents give me a lot of stuff that I don't really need. Plus I'm never going back anyways so I had to bring all of my possessions. But some of the stuff is what I brought for my own personnal entertainment. Is it ok if I have a TV in here. I kind of took my dad's flat screen. And Wii and Xbox, and like all the games we had." I said.
