Chapter 22

Sidharth is riding on his bike when he stops at the side of the road for buying water bottle . He open the cap to drink when he notices a little boy selling newspaper while his father is buys playing cards . The poor child didn't realise the car coming towards him at high speed it was about to hit him when a girl stepped down the car pushed him aside meeting a terrible accident . Everyone rushed towards the spot including a very anxious Sidharth who was running to safe the kid from the other side of the road .

Sidharth pushed the people aside got astonished to find his soul dead infront of his eyes . It's like his entire world shattered came down trembling over him cause the lifeless girl is none other than his jaan shehnaaz . He stood there numb unable to believe his eyes . It's like someone brutally sucked the life out of him . Poor heart stopped beating felt breathless couldn't even gulp down his saliva . The entire surrounding became still his brain cells became dead along with his heart , body , and soul .

Someone pushed him due to which he snapped back on earth witnessing the most heart aching and gut wrenching sight infront of his eyes . He felt like someone stabbed a knife through his heart left him dying mercilessly . Tears started trickling down his eyes realising his life lying down in a pool of blood . No , she can't leave him alone ... This isn't possible ... He won't let her give up so easily on their love and togetherness . Immediately rushed towards her carried his jaan in a bridal style towards her car ordering the driver to reach the hospital as soon as possible .

Shehnaaz head which is heavily bleeding is resting on his lap . She is totally unconscious there are several wounds on her hands , legs and head . A lot of emotions started erupting in his poor heart such as fear of losing his life , his breath , his heart , his soul , his world , his future , his happiness everything within a blink of an eye due to which ended up panicking . He slightly patted her cheeks inorder to wake her up from deep sleep when nothing worked pulled his jaan into a bone crashing hug while crying his heart out literally pleading her to open eyes before he dies unable to witness horrific state

Ss:- Naaz please wakeup meri jaan main mar jaunga tere bina ankhain khol babe you can't just leave me alone ... Tere bina main Kaise zinda rahonga ? Please wakeup I beg you (cried kissing her face)

Sidharth face covered with her blood along his clothes too at the moment he kept praying to god not to snatch his life from him ... She is the only reason of his existence ... Means the world to him ... He won't let her die .... She will have to comeback for him even if it means to battle against destiny . He will make sure it brings them closer like never before connecting their lonely hearts together forever .

Ss:- Main tujhe kuch bhi nahi hone dunga chahe Iske liye mujhe kismat sai kyun na ladna pade ... I am gonna bring you back meri jaan ... You have to comeback for us please wakeup (voice chocked)

Soon , they arrived hospital unconscious naaz is taken inside the examination room where the doctor checked her informed him that due to several head injuries will have to perform a surgery . Sidharth stood there helplessly felt like someone is sucking the life out of her slowly and steadily causing a lot of pain .

Ss:- (joined his hands together) please just safe her she is my life 🙏🏻😭💔

D:- Don't worry mr shukla we will try our level best just fill the forms and fees will start the surgery as soon as possible (assured)

Sidharth rushed towards the reception signed a lot of essential documents paid for the treatment through his saving account ordered them not to delay when the nurse gave him the last form which says the hospital won't be responsible if the something happens to the patient during operation .

N:- Mr shukla aap ko yeh sign karna hoga Iske bina hum start nahi kar sakte (informed)

Sidharth couldn't stop his tears which were constantly falling down never did he felt so helpless and powerless . It's like his heart is dying every second just with the thought of losing her . He took the pen with trembling hands signed it when the doctor started performing surgery . His phone rang immediately picked up realising it his brother Kushal whom he needs very badly .

K:- Hi bro what's up ? Kaam main busy hai ? (Casually)

Ss:- kushal (stammered)

K:- what's wrong Bhai ? Sab theek haina ? Why are you sounding so low ? (Worriedly)

SIdharth informed everything leaving him astonished due to which he assured him not to worry will reach there within few minutes . Kushal reached shefali picked her up from work narrated everything about the accident due to which she breaks down like a babe . She can't hold back her tears cause naaz means the only family to her .

K:- Don't worry woh theek hojayegi (assured)

Shef:- please jaldi drive karo mujhe uske phaas jana hai (pleaded)

Both of them arrives hospital Kushal and shefali got shocked witnessing the miserable state of Sidharth . His hair messed up , clothes filled with blood & eye blood shot red . Instantly pulled him into a brotherly hug due to which Sidharth broke down having no control over his emotions which are at peak

K:- Shhh relax nothing will happen to her (pacified)

Ss:- Kushal I can't lose her man meri zindagi hai please usko bolna come back to me atleast give me the chance to heal her (cried)
