sydney's pov
"HERE WE GO AGAIN, ANOTHER GO ROUND FOR ALL MY FRIENDS!!" i belched out singing along with the bluetooth. I had just gotten back from the mall with ashley, megan, and sierra. all of them coming back to my place to spend the night. we just turned down my road when the intro to "hangover cure" came on i started drumming along.
"AYE two hands on the wheel before we crash" called sierra
"okay, mom" the sarcasm rolling off my tongue. i knew she loved me though.
"on a real note how does your playlist go from boybands to rap and pop rock?"
"you complaining?" i questioned raising my eyebrows at ashley in the rearview mirror
"well no but-"
"exactly"
we all laughed as i pulled into my driveway. as soon as we walked through the door my dogs went crazy. we have four dogs - one is a BIG yellow lab named gus (hes kinda fat) don't tell him i said that though, a big fluffy newfoundland named bear (hes mine) and we have a pitbull named gracie, along with a golden retriever named carter which is actually my old neighbors dog. she got old and couldn't take care of him anymore.
"yes, yes hi loves!" i said as they all wagged their tales
we made our way into my room. I had posters lining the walls, along with some records and photos of my favorite people. I had a big pink, almost furry like comforter, i had a lot of different things in my room some people call me a hoarder. its all just special to me. we all ended up sprawled out around my room everyone on their phones occasionally showing each other something.
"should we get ready?" called megan
"what for?" ashley said as sierra looked at megan confused
"ashton's party?" she questioned
i shot up and yelled
"THAT'S TONIGHT?? SHIT!"
"girls we gotta get ready!"
"is dom gonna be there?" ashley asked
"uhh yeah i think most everyone is going" i played it off not thinking much about it
dom's my best friend, has been since the second grade. before you go thinking anything like that no, we don't like each other like that.
we all sprung into action making sure we all looked presentable. everyone scurried around fumbling through my closet trying things on. i think we all looked pretty good. ashley had on red dress that fit her body perfectly, it highlighted her legs with the slit that was there she matched it with her red heels. sierra just wore a simple black dress that hugged her curves in all the right places, paired with thigh-high boots. megan chose to wear a simple cocktail dress it was a beige color, she looked amazing in it. I ended up in a pink satin-like dress, it hugged around my hips and flowed off and down.
