Sunflowers Part 2 (Hanahaki-AU Midoriya x Reader)

A week after spilling our feelings in my bathroom, the coughing is finally dying down. Even though the flowers stopped growing my body still needed to rid itself of the dead petals. So for the past week I've been coughing out dead roots, petals, and, to my dismay, a sunflower. "N/N!"

I giggle lightly, shifting into a sprint as I tackle the greenette in a hug, "good morning Izucchi!" He giggles, using the momentum to spin me in a circle. Once my feet hit the floor once more, I beam a smile at him.

"Good morning N/N!" Retracting my arms from around his neck, I take a step back, his hands dropping to his side. "Did you sleep well?"

"Yup!"

"Oi, PDA."

"K-Kacchan!/Katsucchi!" A small smirk plays at my lips as he rolls his eyes, holding his arms out. I run at him, jumping into a hug just as I did with Izuku.

"Good morning Katsucchi!" With a soft snort he puts me down, ruffling my hair as I step back.

"Morning." I walk back over to Izuku, smoothing out my uniform and adjusting my bag on my shoulder.

"Ready to get breakfast N/N?"

"Lets go!" I cheer, skipping towards the door, "see you later Katsucchi!" He grunts as Izuku and I leave the building to head to the cafe for breakfast.

As we walk, I link pinkies with Izuku, as an easy silence fills the air between us. A smile plays at my lips as I bump my arm against him. He giggles lightly as he looks at me, "yes N/N?" He says between giggles.

"Izucchi, are you training with All Might today?" He seems to tense slightly, his other hand moving to rub the back of his neck.

"I am, sorry N/N!" I shake my head, as we enter the cafe.

"Don't apologize Izucchi! Maybe we can train together next time."

"Definitely!"

When the final bell rings, I pack my stuff slowly, not really in a rush to leave the classroom, "Y/N. Sparring?" I stand up, pulling my bag onto my shoulder.

"You're on Katsucchi!" He chuckles, as we walk to the training rooms, light banter being tossed back and forth till we get to the training rooms. Setting our stuff down, we both strip down to our training attire before starting our stretches.

"You've been spending a lot of time with Deku lately." He states as he stands across from me.

"He only really has time to get breakfast in the morning." I chuckle softly. "Not that I mind, I mean have you and everyone else to hangout with!"

"Good, because I'm not holding back. So don't go getting distracted." I smile, standing up straight.

"I wouldn't dream of it."

Despite our conversation, Izuku never really had time to hangout after school. Sometimes we'd have time to do our homework together, but more often than not he was training with All Might. So I continued training with Kiri and Katsuki, and spending time with Sero and them.

I got to the common room before Izuku, so I leaned against the back of the couch while waiting for him. My phone buzzes in my pocket, and when I check my eyes light up at a text from the greenette. I furrow my brows and sigh as I unlock my phone and send a response, tucking my phone away.

I push off the couch, "morning." I turn to see Katsuki come into the room right on schedule.

"Good morning Katsucchi." He raises an eyebrow at my less enthusiastic response, raising both his arms. A small smile returns to my face as I run to him, jumping into a hug.
