(11) Nightmares

Yeah I know this has the same title as my actual 2 am thoughts but this isn't about me it's about analogical...This takes place in the mindpalace

Summary: Virgil has nightmares.

Logan POV

I can't sleep, I'm thinking of him. It's 2 in the morning and I can't stop thinking of Virgil, who is my friend and what you people call a 'crush' he doesn't know about my feelings for him, I always wondered if I should confess to him about them, but what if it ruins our friendship, what if he doesn't like me back. I shouldn't be thinking about that right now, I shouldn't be thinking at all right now. I should be sleeping right now but my mind just keep thinking about Virgil. 

3 Hours Later

After a while of finally getting some sleep I wake up to a knock at m door, "Come in." I say to tired to get up and open the door. When the person walked in I automatically knew it was Virgil, he normally has messy hair strangely he didn't have his hoodie with him. 'Maybe he was looking for it.' I thought, "What's wrong Virgil?" I ask sitting up and he sits beside me and....hugged me, I hugged back and I could feel the heat rising to my face, "What happened Virgil?" I ask playing with his hair because it always calm him quickly, "I-I had a nightmare." he answers with an small stutter, "Do you want to talk about it?" I ask, "N-not right now." he answers, "What do you want to do in the mean time?" I ask, "I don't know, I just want to be with you right now." he answers, I blush at his response, "....Okay." I say, I lay back down and he cuddles up next to me, I continue to play his hair until he fully calms down, "Thanks Logan, you're the best." he says hugging me again and I hug back with my free hand. After a while he falls asleep and soon after I did.

2 Hours Later 

I wake up to a soon to wake up Virgil right next me still hugging me. A knock comes to the door, "What is it?" I ask and the person wakes in with a huge smirk on his face when seeing me and Virgil, "What Roman?" I ask, and he pulls out his phone slowly out of his pocket, "Don't!" I whisper-shout because I didn't want to wake up Virgil but he takes a picture of us anyways. I slowly get up "You have 3 seconds to delete that." I say harshly getting out my bed carefully, "Over my dead body!" Roman says and runs out of the room, I then chase after him. He still has his phone in his hand and I notice he's going onto the group chat, "Don't you dare!" I say catching up to him but it was to late he already sent the photo. I then tackle him down, "What the-" "Delete it!" I demand "No." he answers getting away from me and runs towards Patton's room, I've given up, everyone was gonna see it anyway. I go back to my room expecting Virgil to still be asleep, instead I see him sitting up from where he was looking at his phone, "Sorry for waking you." I say, "Oh your back....from chasing Roman." he says with a small smirk on his face and still looking at his phone. I walk towards the bed and sit down next to him, and as I thought he was looking at the picture, "Do you want to talk about the nightmare now?" I ask, "Sure but I have one question for you." he answers looking up at me and his smirk grew bigger, "S-sure." I say with very faint blush, "Why are you blushing in this?" he says looking back down at his phone to zoom in on my blushing face, my faint blush turns a bit darker. "I-uh um-maybe it was the lighting." I answer with a lie, "You can me the truth Logan." Virgil says knowing when someone lies, "I-uh I l-love you Virgil." I answer, Virgil turns back to me with blush on his face too, "Wait r-really?" he asks, "Yeah, really." I answer calming down a bit from the nervousness, he then hugs me, "I love you too, Logan." he mumbles, I blush and hug him back. Behind us I here a picture being taken and I turn around to see Roman again, "Should've not down that." I say and start to chase him again and Virgil joins in. Once we got Roman to delete the picture we went back to my room, "Let's talk about the nightmares later." Virgil says, "So what are we now?" he asks, "What do you mean?" I ask, "Well, are we boyfriends now or...." Virgil starts, "If you like to be my boyfriend then that's what we're going to be." I answer, "Then I guess we're boyfriends." he says sitting next to me on my bed and kisses my cheek. 

So that's it with this one shot....this took me almost all week to do this for some reason.....Virgil's nightmare was Logan leaving him btw if you're wondering.....have a great day or night.....
