The Alpha and The Dragon Queen

Chapter 2

Kayda

I woke up early to take a shower. Both me and Adora sleeping in a star position. I giggle and get out of bed, making my way to the large bathroom. I take my long curly white hair out of the pineapple style and get in the shower to wash and clean myself including my wings, tail, and horns. I get out to brush my teeth and style my hair, after that I walk to my also large closet. I put on black tank top and yellow shorts.

I walk to the kitchen to make family breakfast and yes I know I'm a queen and I can have other people make it but I still like to make it myself. It makes me feel normal. I make pancakes for Adora and make French toasts for my parents and I. Along with fruit bowl and coffee for the parents and orange juice for me and Adora. I stomp my foot to shake the castle a little to wake up my family members. Once they all come in still a little tired and mad at me. I put my hands under my chin  and smile as if I did nothing wrong. 

" Good morning princess."  my parents say

" Good morning Cake." Adora says while still rubbing her eyes as I help get into her seat.

" Good morning to you too guys."  As a giggle escapes my lips.

After we finished and they say their thank you to me. They go back to their rooms to get ready for the day. I go with Adora to help her get ready for fly training. I train her myself because she likes the way my wings look. After that we go to the backyard of the castle and train. After 4 hours she is able to fly like a butterfly, I was so proud of her. Then I went to go attend some queen duties with Mama, she is the one who teaches me how to take care of the kingdom.  I'm not queen yet but I will be in 3 months. Then we all eat a yummy lunch and then get ready for the meeting with the Moonstone Reapers.

I get dressed in shimmery rose gold dress with two slits in front to show of my beautiful short legs. I put on a nude lipstick and eyeliner I don't really need fake lashes because dragons naturally have really long lashes. Lastly I put on pink shoes that match my dress, I leave my hair the way it is because curly take a long ass time to dry and I'm not here to wait 6 hours for it to dry. I just let fall on on my brown skin.

I make my way down stairs and then get in the car with my parents and Adora, and drive to to the pack house. After 2 hours and 30 minutes in  the car, I wake up in front of the pack house. We slowly get out of the car and walk up to the biggest mansion I have ever seen. Once inside a  wolf is there waiting for us and then walks to the dining room, when a foresty smell hits me like a train. The wolf the walked us here is now gone. The people at the table are Alpha Aaron, Luna Valentina, Beta Victor, Beta Lily, Gamma Seth, Gamma Malissa and the current Alpha Kai. My eyes are stuck on my mate and his eyes are stuck on me too.

My breath hitches for a second before I look away and take my seat. " Mmmmm hey there handsome. Kayda can we please just mark him please." Nyx tells me. " No not right now ok I don't know his personality yet.  If he's shitty we will go find someone else ok." I tell her " Ok you have a point but I still want him."  She sighs.

We chitchat for a while and eat food. Our kingdom and the pack are now allies which is pretty cool.  It also turns out that Adora made a werewolf friend and she doesn't want to leave. She wanted to have a sleep over with her new friend. I told my parents that I would stay behind with her so she could stop crying. They agreed after we got the pack permission as well. 

While Adora ran off with her friend. I was alone in the hallway so I took the liberty to walk around the pack house that's when I stumble across Kai. I turn around faster than Lighting Mac queen on the race track.

" Wait! Come back!" He yells

Before I could even make a run for it he grabs my arms and pulls me in so we face each other. My breathing hitches again while looking into his big green eyes. He pulls my hips closer to him.

"Hi there love." He says with a smirk

I smirk back and lick my lips "Mmm hi there to you."

Surprised at my actions. I get out of his grip and wink at him and continue walking while swaying my hips without him stopping me. But I do hear a small "Fuck." Escape from his lips before he is no longer in my hearing radius. Only making only smirk.

" I have a better idea Kayda." Nyx says

"What is it?" I ask

"Let's tease him until he can't handle it anymore." She tell me.

I only smirk in response.
