Once you were whisked to your room, your four exes helped you settle into the hospital bed. "I can't believe this is really happening," you said now that your contractions had died down a bit to where you can talk in full sentences without speaking in rage. "Our daughter is really coming."
"I know," Levi said with a small smile on his face. "She'll be here be here before we know it." "Just keep strong until then," Sebastian said. "You have been doing so well so far."
Just then, the door of your room opened and a... Very peculiar looking nurse stepped inside along with a cart of medical supplies.
The nurse:

You all gulped at the sight of... him...her...they? You all honestly could not tell. Anyways, the nurse walked in with a cart full of medical supplies and said, "Good evening, Miss-"
The nurse (who you all could now tell was obviously male) paused to see that you had not one, but four men in the room with you and was definitely taken by surprise.
"Uhh," he began with an awkward smile. "Which one of you is the father?" You groaned silently.
'Here we go again,' you thought.
"We all are," all of your exes said at the same time for about the billionth time you all go somewhere.
"Ah," he said as he stepped from behind the cart to reveal some rockin hard breasts that were even more fine than your swollen ones. "What an extraordinarily situation," he said, setting up the medical supplies. Your jaw dropped a bit at the sight.

You kept telling yourself. But then you heard a loud gulp erupt from Illumi.
You all slowly looked over at the expressionless man with a glare marked in your eyes.
"Umm hey," you whisper-shouted. "Eh, what is it love," he whispered back. "Did you just gulp," you asked irritated. He stared as he blinked at you for a second before turning his head forward again. "No," he replied.
"I know a gulp whenever I hear one," Sebastian mused.
The nurse laughed awkwardly. "Anyways," he began. "I am nurse Barbara and I will be one of your nurses," he said. "I will be back in a little bit." With that, he completely left the room with all of you in a state of shock.
"Anyways," Levi said out loud once Nurse Barbara exited the rooom. "So one of our nurses is in drag."
"I mean, there's nothing wrong with that," you said.
"No I never said that," Levi said. "It's just kind of odd at a hospital."
Nurse Barbara returned almost immediately with a load of snacks on another cart.
"Anybody want a candy bar," he asked. You perked up immediately in your bed eager to grab one. "Oh, yes please," you said since your water broke before you could even have dinner.
"Oh I'm sorry, hon," Barbara tutted. "Because you're in labor, the only thing you can eat are ice chips." With that, he handed you a cup full of them. You growled inaudibly. 'Why even ask,' you thought.
The room was silent for a bit, thinking that your exes were going to be loyal and not eat anything either, but then Hisoka stepped forward saying, "May I have one?" The rest of you face palmed whenever he was handed one.
"Are you kidding me right now," Levi growled at him as he was unwrapping it.
"About what," Hisoka asked teasingly as he slowly took a bite. "It's fine," you hissed. "You can all eat if you want.
"Oh yes," Barbara continued. "Why I truly came in here was to inform you all about something."
You all looked at the nurse, you being the one with fear in your eyes for the worst case scenario. The tension was thick, you could here your pulse drumming in your ears
