EMMAS POV.
I start crying again. I wish I could be stronger but I can't. It's all I can to do at the moment. I don't know what to do with myself. Neal tries to comfort me, but nothing helps.
All I know is I have feelings for Hook. But if I really love him, I should try and find him. If he's dead, so be it. I'll just go on and live the princess life I dread so much.
I take Neal's arm off on me and stand up tall, try to look bold and brave. I wipe away my tears and clear my throat and answer, "Neal, I'm sorry but I can't continue to go to the castle with you. I have to find him."
Neal ponders over this thought for a moment, and gets up. He stands with me and connects his hands with mine saying "Emma, is there anything I can do to change your mind?"
I almost consider this for a second, but I remember, this is just an act. Neal cares for me, but he just wants to look like a hero. I look up and say,"No Neal, there isn't."
Neal looks at me for a long time, studying my face. "Alright." he responds.
I'm amazed at how supportive he is being. Neal lets go of my hands, and walks towards his tent area. What is he doing? I glance and see him grab something, maybe something that will help me on the journey. Neal walks up to me again, and I see him looking almost nervous. Neal never gets nervous.
"Emma I'm sorry. But I can't let you do this."
I start to panic inside. What does he mean? Neal takes out the object he was retrieving from before. It is a bottle that looks like it contains a potion type substance.
"Neal what are you-"
Neal quickly stomps on my foot, which makes me scream, and he pours the liquid in my mouth.
I feel fuzzy, and not myself. I slowly start to fall to the ground. I barley feel Neal picking me off the ground. The last thing I see is Neal mouthing the word sorry to me. I black out.
Now, I'm in a room with nothing but my fear. A room with fire and red curtains. I've heard about this before. I'm in a sleeping curse.
