Day 2 of the Christmas countdown!

The family had gone to the Christmas Tree Farm to pick out a Christmas tree, when they got home Chris, Luna, and Adora brought down the Christmas decorations while Isabella, Rhett, and 36 weeks pregnant Sofia cleared some space and organized the different stuff.
Christmas music played as Chris and the older girls got the tree up so they can decorate it, Sofia and the younger kids worked on decorating the mantle.
The mantle was decorated with an evergreen tree garland that was pre-lit, the stockings were different colored Christmas patterns with their names embroidered under a sign that said, 'The stockings were hung'

"Okay!" Chris exclaimed, "Let's decorate this tree!"
The boxes of ornaments were opened and everyone grabbed an ornament and put it on the tree, Isabella and Rhett were given a box of the plush and plastic ornaments to put on the bottom. Sofia, Chris, and Luna put on the lights, Sofa, Chris, and Adora put on the beads, and Chris, Luna, and Adora put on the ribbon.
They hung the stockings and decorated the mantle, put garland over the living room window and hung ornaments and pinecones from it, put garland on the stairs, hung a wreath on the door, put their stocking advent calendar on the wall of the kitchen, put a few other Christmas decorations up here and there and then Chris picked up Rhett and he put the star on the tree and he then picked up Isabella and she put the bow up.

"23 days till Christmas!" Bella exclaimed as she ate the chocolate she received for December 2, 2020.
"Which means 23 days till our guy and gal are here" Chris smiled as he wrapped his arms around Sofia from behind, as he rested his hands on her large stomach. Sofia smiled, sighed in happiness, and leaned back into him.
23 days...
So this chapter really sucked, you can't say anything to change my mind! I have a list of stuff I want to write about for the Christmas countdown, and I really wanted to do this one, I had an idea and everything! I pictured it in my head but I couldn't really write it down.
