The Third Devil

"I'm going to see the parents, Cody come with me" Reid announced as he has entered the hospital again and passed the others. Reid and his partner took the stairs and got to the floor where Ethan's room was at.

"This was a long day wasn't it" Cody commented as he put his phone away into his pocket.

"I guess, you could say that." Reid responded and they both got to the door.

"I wouldn't go in there just yet" the doctor who is responsible for the boys warned them.

"Why?" Cody asked the doctor.

"Open just a little and you'll see" he half smiled and proceeded to his next patient.

Reid and Cody looked into the dark room and soon saw the kids sleeping deeply in Ethan's room. Not only put that a smile to Reid's and Cody's face but it made them feel wholesome.

"Sarah" yelled Coleman Jackson, Lauren's father through the house as he put his red Adidas shoes on, wearing a blue jeans and a white shirt.

"Coming" he hears her hollering throughout the house and soon she came walking down the stairs.

"We need to go and pick up the kids" her husband reminded her with a smile.

"Who is coming with us again?"

"Levi, Clay, Hannah, our daughter and Clay" Coleman replied as he locked the door.

"You said Clay twice" his wife teased him. He gave her a silly look, proceeded to the car and both drove off.

"It's 7;39 pm already" Coleman remarked and took a quick glance at his wife next to him.

"Well, I was thinking maybe the kids can stay over at our place today so we don't have to drop them off in various places" his wife said as she put on her glasses and got her phone out of her pocket.

"Actually not a bad idea" her husband agreed and took the exit, stopped at an intersection, took a right and soon saw a street sign with 'H' on it.

"No" a girl sobbed in a whispery voice as she talked in her sleep. A cold breeze went through her skin and her hair.

"No, no" she repeatedly mumbled.

"Emma?" her mom whispered in her dream.

"Mom?" she softly whispered back and slowly woke up.

"What was your dream about Em?" a young boy from across the room whispered with a drained, high pitched and croaky voice. She swallowed and slowly got up.

"It was mom again" a thick voice came out of her as she said that.

Reid gathered his belongings and his Agents followed him to their cars, at the same time Coleman and his Wife entered the hospital to pick up the children.

Reid took a quick glance at them and approached them.

"Are you here to pick up the kids?" Reid asked them and both nodded.

"Yes, We are Lauren's parents." Reid told his Agents to hold on for a minute and was going to accompany the parents. As they got to the a hallway that was used as a waiting room at the same time, the Millers came around the corner.

"Oh look who's here" Ashley beamed and hugged them both, so did Noah.

"This is my mother, Sarah Miller and my sister, Anne Miller" Noah introduced them and they greeted each other.
