The cream colored scarf rested beautifully around Jaemi's neck. Before her mother left this world, she left this for her beloved daughter. The only thing that reminds Jaemi of her mom is this scarf. She still misses the way her mom would pamper her up before she left the house to go and play.

Rushing towards the door, Jaemi halts as she looks at the beautiful buckwheat flowers that sat in a pretty vase. She smiles as the memories of Taehyung giving her the flowers rush in. It was sweet of him to come all the way to her apartment to ask if she was okay or not. Now that Jaemi thinks about this, it was such an odd day.

Somebody died that day, she got her episodes and had to hide from everyone else. Then Taehyung came over and gave her those flowers, told her the meaning of buckwheat flowers-

Lovers.

Jaemi pursed her lips and reached forward to touch the pretty white flowers. The once white flowers were now dying slowly, but they still held that attractiveness. The reason why their meaning was lovers was obvious. They're as beautiful as love itself.

Jaemi sighs and let's out a small chuckle. These flowers not only remind her of love, but they remind her of Taehyung. How sweetly he handed those flowers to her and how sweetly he smiled. Just thinking about it makes her heart beat fast.

Giving the flowers a last smile, she walks out of her apartment. The air is dusty as Jaemi slowly walks towards her school. The sun shined brightly and the day seemed about perfect. Jaemi smiled and hugged herself.

Just as she forgot all her worries, she saw him.

That one person she despises the most.

Her brother.

Jaemi halts and looks at him, nostrils flaring in hatred and disgust. How dare he stand in front of her after all he's done.

"Going to school?" He says, his voice slyly smooth.

"What do you want?" Jaemi snaps.

"Just wanted to see my sister. Is that so wrong?" Hands in his pockets, he walks closer to Jaemi.

"I'm not your sister anymore. We agreed on being strangers." She scowls once he stands right in front of her, his tall height hiding the sun for Jaemi.

"I just wanna check up on you. You're living all alone and you're even manking money by yourself. Isn't it much, Jaemi?" He asks, worry painted on his face.

"Ha! So now you care about me? Wow. The last time I remember, you left me to die with your-"

"I already said I'm sorry for that. It won't ever happen again. If you just give me another chance, Jae-" He gets cut off by Jaemi.

"DON'T say my name. Just a simple 'sorry' wont fix anything. I feel disgusted at the fact that I had a brother like you!" Jaemi yells, ignoring the fact that they were outside.

He's hurt.

He never thought his own sister would say these things. Was he really that bad of a brother? Tears formed in his eyes when he noticed the clear hatred in Jaemi's voice.

Jaemi let's out a dry chuckle, "Seriously, Jun? Tears? I don't need this fake side of you. Please, leave me alone. I'm done with you and your nonsense. Do you even know what you've done to me? I can't trust anyone because of you. I HATE YOU! Don't even show me your face anymore, Junyoung. Just.....stay away from me. " Tears now in her eyes too, Jaemi walks away.

A lonely tear escapes Junyoung's eyes as he watches Jaemi getting further away by the minute. Such a pretty day it was, until this happened. Jaemi wiped the tears which had traveled down to her cheek, she felt angered at the fact that she was crying for someone who has only brought her pain. She walked without looking back and that hurt her brother even more.
