We didn't have to even move as Snape joined the other teachers and finally made Lockhart look like a fool. When they walked off in diffent directions and Harry helped Ron to their common room I ran to Snape Malfoy followed behind.

"Sir let us help please!" I gasped for air he looked over us for a moment "shouldn't you be helping potter miss Dursley" pulling my hair back tighter I shook my head "I'm not a Gryffindor sir I'm not trying to do things for bravery I trust they'll do just fine I'm not going to put myself at risk but I'll help how I can"

The air hung silently for a moment till his hand called us over I began to boil the mandrake roots as Draco prepped the bottles and Snape worked on the other needed step. I was worrying about going home...

I knew though that could wait there was more important things. Creating the medicine was exhausting harder than what people would think but by the time we finished it was perfect so we took them to madam Pomfrey.

When we got there I waited anxiously hoping it worked and I didn't screw up. That's when Ginny walked in I sighed in relief giving her a hug "I'm so glad you're ok! I'm sorry I didn't notice" I choked out and Ginny weakly smiled "Thank you for helping the others you made the potion right? I knew you could!"

She weakly yawned "I didn't want you hurt....I'm so sorry I ignored you she began to cry as she was placed on a spare hospital bed. She must've been given a sleeping potion as she went silent.

That's when students began to wake up joy and pride filled my heart I looked up at Snape who stood proudly watching the potion and hard work not be wasted. I turned to see someone else enter the hospital with an annoying dark arts teacher Lockhart.

Madam Pomfrey took Lockhart who must've been hit with a terrible spell and I noticed a small smile on Snape's face as he exited the nurses office.
"Bloody hell" you helped make the potions Ron complimented as he glanced at his sister "that's so cool....I'm sorry I treated you wrongly as you were a Slytherin thank you for helping"  I pulled him into a hug.

Then I turned to Hermione who had just woken up a knowing look in her eyes "it was you?" She whispered "you found out it was a basilisk...." I smiled and winked at her pulling her into a deep hug "I'm so glad you're alright" my breath hitched as I kept back tears.

The suprise I didn't expect was an amazing feast me and Lilah sat at the table warm pajamas and laughed filled with relief. Slytherin may have lost the cup again even with my added points for the potions but I wasn't sad. Malfoy on the other side of table looking tired and fake miserable shot me a genuine smirk as be went back to complaining with his friends.

It then hit me I'd have to go  home soon.... my laughter stopped not even being told tests were cancled cheered me up. The term passed to quickly Malfoy was also down recently no matter how I tried to cheer him up. His dad was sacked from being a school governor. 

Happily though Ginny began to talk to be like usual and became close to Lilah too. I'm happier than I've ever been why do I have to go home.... Harry's eyes shot a look of knowing. When almost at kings cross I noticed Harry, Ron and Ginny deep in conversation.

"Harry....?" I silently asked "what's going on?" He looked at me his green eyes confidently facing my own "you've missed alot of time with Ginny..... We were discussing you should spend this year with them"

My heart leapt but then it hit me "what about you?" I stared at him calmly "come too?" He shook his head saying he definately had to go back but I didn't.... I looked at Ginny and hugged Harry "be safe ok?" He hummed and promised he would be and I could call on the phone when I want giving me and Ron the house number. Begging Ron to call as couldn't stand Dudley's bland conversations making me giggle.

We got off the train wishing everyone best of luck heading off.
