chapter 12

Lexxie POV

We finished our picnic and Jack grabbed my hand.

"We have one last place to go" he smirked at me. There was sort of a nervous glint in his eyes.

He grabbed my hand and pulled me to a private park of the park. It was beautiful and brightly lit with lights and candles. It was a canopy blanket type tent thingamajig she pulled me under it.

"This is gonna look weird but trust me on this one" he laughed.

He got down on one knee. What the fuck.

"I'm not proposing calm down" he noticed my widened eyes. He smiled up.

"He pulled out a box and I heard a horn. I turned my head and saw posters that read :

WILL

YOU

GO

OUT

WITH

ME?

I turned back to him and saw him open a box with the most gorgeous promise ring I've ever seen. I couldn't really speak or hear anything through my tears; of happiness of course, so I just nodded really fast.

He slipped the ring on my finger and I hugged him really really tight.

Hayden POV

I saw them from across the yard. They think they can be together? Hell no. Jack is mine.
