"Hey wait...", She ran behind him huffing badly. How the hell did he cover so much distance?

He frowned turning behind. She stopped near him & bent down keeping her hands on her knees trying to catch her breath.

"What are you doing here?", He asked being confused.

"I'm here to take you back. Didn't you hear what Miss. V told? We should be in groups. Or else we will get lost.", She said while catching her breath.

"I won't get lost. You should go back.", He said & once again started walking further.

"Listen stop... I said na.. Miss. V had told you to go with us. She will blame us if you get lost in here.", She tried to persuade him once again.

"Don't worry... I won't get lost. Even if I do, you can put the blame on me. Now leave."

"Okay fine!", She stomped her leg & started leaving. 'Stubborn Head' she muttered under her breath.

He had just walked for a few minutes when he heard her calling him out once again.

"Now what Nandini?", He asked sarcastically.

"I don't know the way to go back. And it's Nanz.", She made a puppy face & gave him a pointed look while saying the last words.

"Go straight.. you will reach within 10 minutes where I had taken a turn.", He told her the way back.

"But they have already left ahead. I told them to go ahead & I'll join them with you in a few minutes.", She tried her luck once again.

"Call them & tell them to wait for you at the same place.", He suggested.

"Dumbo... There is no network here. If you have a 'Super Smart Phone' that can connect without network then please do lend me your phone for a minute.", She remarked sarcastically.

"Just shut up Nandini... What do you want me to do? Search for the instruments or search for your friends?", He asked in a frustrated voice.

"Nothing... I'll join you. As it is all this is happening because of you. Who told you to walk so fast?", She put the blame on him.

"Because of me? Did I tell you to follow me?", He asked mockingly.

"Wow... So this is what one gets for trying to help others. Oh God! Are you watching? How can anyone be so insensitive?", She knew she was being melodramatic, but she didn't have any idea about what to do to convince him.

"Okay fine... Stop your melodrama & walk along.", He finally accepted his defeat.

Mentally patting her back for her brilliant performance, she started walking with him.

They were walking for a while now. Nandini was getting bored with the silence.

"Say something.", She said making him turn towards her.

"What?", He asked confused.

"Anything... I'm bored.", She told him.

"Should I dance to entertain you then?", He mocked.

"Do you know how to dance? Then go ahead... Entertain me with your skills.", She said fake excitedly.

"Really? Shut up & walk fast.", He said & moved ahead.

They walked for some more time. With Manik walking silently & Nandini sulking behind him.
