Knock Knock

" Wait." Aera fixed her clothes and opened the door slowly as she was scared to see the person who was coming to her house.

She surprised when it was Sunghoon,
" What are you doing here...?"

Sunghoon gasped for breath,
" I'm glad that you are safe now."

" I thought you are already leaving..."

" I was going to the store to buy an umbrella for you but when I arrived at the school, you were not there anymore. I was anxious about you but it's okay now, seeing you here made me felt happy again."

Aera smiled,
" Thank you for your concern."

" How did you go home? Did you just let the rain pour on your body?" Sunghoon asked her curiously.

" Jake sent me. We shared the umbrella."

As that name was mentioned, Sunghoon immediately put on a poker face and bit his lips as a habit of him when he got mad.
" Jake what-?" He asked Aera to make sure he heard the truth.

" Jake sent me home..."

Sunghoon crossed his arm,
" Why? Why did you let him send you off?"

" What should I do then? Imagine if he didn't help me, I will probably still in the classroom right now."

Sunghoon rolled his eyes,
" Stay away from him. I don't like Jake."

" He was the one who cares about me when you and Jay were worrying about Yebin," Aera muttered to him slowly. She thought Sunghoon didn't listen to her words but actually, that guy heard it all.

Sunghoon raised his eyebrows,
" I'm worried about you now."

Aera lowered his head,
" Song Aera, I was worried about her because I am the class president. I need to make sure-"

Aera smiled and looked at Sunghoon.
" It's okay. I was the one who sounds dramatic and starved for attention. It's just a small matter."

" Of course both of you were worried about her. She was having a hard time earlier. It's okay, I got it."

Sunghoon watched Aera in silence.
" Everyone will become anxious when their love is in trouble, right..?"

" She is not my love," Sunghoon replied.

Aera chuckled,
" I'm joking. Just go home, okay? It's getting late now."

" Are you pretending to be stupid or are you dense?" Sunghoon was annoyed by her innocent personality.

Aera confused,
" Why...?"

" Mahal na mahal kita ."

" Saya cintakan awak."

" Te amo!"

Sunghoon said and sighed when Aera was still confused.
" What are you saying?"

" Nevermind." Sunghoon opened the umbrella and just left Aera in hanging.

   Aera walked through the hallways while playing with her phone, opened Google to search for the meaning of some words that Sunghoon said to her yesterday. She didn't hear it clearly and tried to spell the words but it end up gave a wrong and weird answer.
