you went to the agency like normal when you walked in you see that kunikida is waiting for you. You walk over like normal "hey kunikida whats up?" you greet him with a smile on "hey (y/n), go see dazai... he has something for you" kunikida seemed a little gloomy but you brushed it off and went to dazais desk "hey dazai" you stopped at his desk and kneeled down so you where the same height as the desk just with your head and arms on it "hey (y/n) you might want to read this" dazai handed you a nicely folded piece of paper. you looked at him than looked at the paper you ended up taking the paper and unfolding it,it read

hello y/n i hope you're having a great time with the agency but we wanted to update you with our home life and if you plan to visit what to expect. so i hope you read this all the way through y/n we just now found out about your ability and such we arent disapointed in you for not telling us but we do wanna say that we are upset that you didnt tell us. other than that we will start sending letters to you to check up and update you on home life for us and we hope you send letters back. we both have a question in hopes you will answer have you found ranpo? how is life in yokohama? i hope you found ranpo and everythings good well we have a conffesion we arent your parents we're just some people that found you a while back when you were injured we later found out that you had 2 brothers but we decided against telling you cause we didnt even know if they where still alive or not but we just found out that they were and the mightmares of some the two boys and woman the woman was your mother that abused you and the two boys were you're brothers and the nightmares were memories you forgot when you  got injured. another conffesion we as in your foster parents are getting divorced i know thats probably not something you wanna hear right now but youre father and i have been getting in a lot of fights lately and we think this is for the best. we're sorry y/n you'll be getting two letter a week so you can keep up with us.

tears started to stream down my face and hit the paper the door to the office opened it was atsushi and ranpo when i saw them i quickly wiped the tears off my face and put on a smile "we're back~" ranpo yelled he had apparently gone out on a right before i woke up i didnt mind though i was still next to dazais desk so he knew i was crying cause it seemed like he had read it before he gave it to me. "welcome back ranpo!" i shouted back he walked over to dazais desk and gave me a hug since i was there and he never got one this morning, i hugged him back when he let go i did as well "y/n? have you been crying?" he looked at me completely serious i could tell that he already knew the answer to that question "n-no i haven't what are you talking about?" i said with a happy tone of voice and smile so he didnt think anything was wrong but i knew he knows that i was crying.

  dazai looked at us and sighed "really y/n?" dazai said in a somewhat annoyed voice "just tell him i bet he already know the answer to it anyways, besides if you dont tea\ll him i will for you." he said it in hes playful normal voice that you could almost take him as playing a joke on you but he wasnt playing he was serious. "dazai... why are you like this..." i say in a very low wisper almost under my breath "so yes ranpo,y/n-chan here was cring a second ago before you opened the door" she spilled it something i didnt want him to know was told. "dazai! i had a reason i wasnt gonna tell him!" i shouted at him "well to bad y/n, i already told him you were!" he said back in a playful voice before sticking his tounge out at me the entire time we were arguing with eachother ranpo sat there and watched "you two are almost like siblings if i didnt know any better i would have said you two were siblings" ranpo laughed at us he laughed for a few seconds and then looked back at us "so you wanna tell me why you were crying?" he asked me very calmly not in his childish voice like normal he sat down in one of the chairs and pulled out a bag of chips or candy dazai and me also sat down i sighed ttrying to hold my tears in cause in my mind all that i could think off wasthe note my 'parents' sent. "hey dazai you explain i know you read it..." i said my voice started to crack cause again i started crying "i dont wanna think of it or really talk about it" i told him i could tell that he knew i was in pain i mean my voice was breaking i silently cried at dazai explained what happend. "do you know the name of your two brothers and mother, y/n?" he asked with sadness in his voice "i think one of them was named suga..mura, yeah sugamura was the oldest then.. i already knew about my mother i found that out a few weeks ago." i said at this point i had for the most part stop crying

  ranpo came over and hugged me "do you know where she is?" ranpo asked somewhat calmly but i could he was mad "ranpo, she works for port mafia" i said a little ashamed i looked to the ground dazai gasped when i said 'port mafia' "whats her name!" dazai yelled everyone turned their attention to him "uhh its.. aika (l/n)." i said sturnly "you already know what has to happen don't you..., Dazai" i say again sturnly but with anger "y/n, we dont have to,we can just-" i cut dazai off "we can just what? aprehend her?!" i yelled with anger shooting a glare at dazai that could probably kill him but i was tearing up "y-y/n why cant we just aprehend your mother" ranpo said calmly but confused  "right. you guys dont know." i said calming myself down "aika l/n shes..." i trailed off cause of how much it hurt seeing all thoughs memories come back 'how did i hit my head though i dont remember' i thought "she's an ability user for the port mafia and shes quite smart and... deadly, if only i knew who her kids were than i wouldn't have taken her."he said but it started to trail into a mutter.
"what ability, i've heard of her shes basicly like akutagawa but a little less violent." kunikida said giving everyone info. we talked a little about it, we were reasurching her then i found she has a somewhat huge boundy "6,000 yen.." i muttered to myself "6,000 yen?" i heard atsushi say next to me "well almost it might be more this is just what i found on it" i said to him we ended up finding a lot of info and that combined with the info from my childhood lead to us almost finding her.  "Now we just have to use some bait to get her out of hiding so we're gonna use you two as bait" said ranpo pointing.

gomen!! gomen for the cliff hanger but im tired and i've been working on this chapter for i think... 3-4 days at most im trying and i did this on the same night i have a quiz on the next day so you're welcome good night/day next chapter will be out soon promise
