Cory's P.O.V
"I don't know i'll see about the new members later im on my way to the store" I huff out annoyed with my second in camand Josh, don't get me wrong hes a cool guy but when I comes to getting new members to the gang he never knows what to do with him self.
" Alright but remember they are triplets that are 15 years old" he says then hangs up the phone hes the only one aloud to do that to me because we grew up together, as im walking to the store I pass an alley and hear soft snors its almost cute might as well check it out.
Dylan's P.O.V
I start to wake up to an annoying pushing on my side I groan and turn over. "Hey come on get up its not safe in here" I hear a voice say my eyes snap open to find a man maybe in his late 30's early 40's with dark brown hair like it was almost the color black and piercing blue eyes I snap out of my transe and hop up as fast as posible and back up slowly.
"What ddo yyyoouu want" I shake out full of fear looking at his intimidating hight and body frame like he could snap me in half.
" Hey im not going to hurt you I promise" the man says slowly coming towards me. I try calming myself down to show im not afraid even though I could pee myslef right now what the lucky charms could he possibly want from me.
"How old are you? where are you parents? why are you sleeping in an alley? are you okay?" he fires questions at me im reluctant to answer but im scared if I dont what he might do.
"Iiim 14, I don't want to talk about it, i'd rather keep it to myslef, and yes im fine" I wisper out nervously.
"Well you need to tell me something you can't just sleep in alleys its not safe" he replys in a soft tone the contradicts the way he looks. "It's more safe here than it is home" I say under my breath.
"And why's that?" he asks oops I guess he heard me well time to lie my way out of this one "Huh what oh nothing" I say hopefully in a believable tone.
"Don't you dare lie to me young lady" he says in a threatening tone as I back up.
"Im sorry please don't hurt me" I beg almost in sobs his face looks like one almost of confusion till a flash of something like realisation came over his face but I really can't tell.
"Hey now, I wouldn't hurt you come with me please you look like you could use some food we'll stop at the store to pick up some stuff then we'll go out to eat im Cory White" he says with his hand out to shake.
"Im Ddylan" I mumble shaking his hand.
"Well Dylan lets go shall we" he asks with a smile to try and comfort me.
"sure" I hesitantly reply.
"So Dylan tell me something about youself something that makes you happy" cory asks/tells me while we are walking to what seems to be a Giant Eagle.
"Umm alright I used to live with my nabor we got really close in the two weeks I was with him his names Kyle hes in his 20's he was the best thing that happend to me in a long time and one thing that makes me happy is candy with lots and lots of sugar" I say with a big smile slightly bouncing.
" I don't think i've seen you soo happy in the last hour i've known you" he says with a face that seems to be amused.
" Im sorry" I say nervously dropping my smile and stopped bouncing.
"No no no its okay you looked happy, happy is a good look for you tell my about this Kyle character" he says while we walk through the doors.
"Well alright, hes like a brother to me he may be extermally mad at me right now but I know he understands he would laugh when I did something stupid like running into the screan door or falling off the sofa, we would play these stupid games when I would say something we would start pretending like we were in a movie or when he'd lose when we would play video games he would pounce on me and tickle me till I begged for mercy, we would fight all the time about who paid for what stuff for me all the time he really is the best brother a person could have." I finish hopping up and down while walking through check out some how through me talking he got everything he needed.
