Summary: Skylar's never been more thankful for a foggy day then she was at this moment.

"Skylar! You look so lovely today!" Sanji practically swooned the moment he spotted the brunette stepping into the kitchen. Instead of being dressed in her usual classy get-up, she now wore a simple black long-sleeved shirt that hung below her shoulders and was tucked away into a skirt that came up to her waist and stopped just short midthigh for the day.

"You say that practically every day, Sanji...but thank you" Skylar hummed, giving the blond a gentle and sweet smile the moment she heard one of his usual compliments that he loved to daily express towards either her or any of the other women on the ship.

"What's with the skirt?" Usopp curiously asked as he listened to the way the heels of the brunette's boots clicked against the flooring of the kitchen, watching as she went to take her place in her usual seat right beside Zoro who hadn't stopped blatantly staring at her legs since she had entered the room.

"Yes, Nami, what is with the skirt?" she asked as she was quick to turn her and everyone else's attention towards the navigator who wore such a pleased smile on her face.

"I told you, when I buy you something, I expect you to wear it at least once—you've kept that thing shoved to the back of your closet since the day I bought it, so I felt it was time you put it to good use" Nami grinned. "Today's supposed to be a peaceful day, and since there aren't any other ships to be seen and it's another day or two before we reach the next island, I felt you couldn't hide behind your usual excuse that you can't fight in a skirt" she reasoned.

"Ah, so this is Nami's doing, I see" Franky nodded along with the others, none of them surprised that it was the navigator who had been the reason for the swordswoman's sudden change in style.

"I'll admit, Skylar, you do have the legs for such an outfit" Brook suddenly complimented from his seat. "I must ask you, but will you—"

"I'm not showing you my panties, Brook" Skylar cut him off with a sigh, crossing her arms as she leaned back in her seat and crossed her ankles as well as she stretched her legs out in front of her—trying her hardest to keep them closed in some vain attempt at being modest.

"I think Brook's right though, you do have the legs to pull off such a look" Robin smiled. "I'm sure Zoro agrees with me" she said which caused the swordsman to jump the moment all eyes were on him, forcing him to finally rip his gaze away from the silky-smooth legs of his lover so that he could look at the rest of them.

"Yeah...she does" he cleared his throat, a faded shade of pink just lightly tinting his cheeks as he ignored the way some of the others chuckled. It's not like he hasn't seen her bare legs before, but...she really did look quite cute in that skirt, and with the way it just barely reached her midthigh, he felt it would be so easy for him to reach a hand under and just—

"Breakfast's ready" already was Sanji beginning to set plates of food around the table, interrupting the current conversation and causing the swordsman to jump as he was dragged from his thoughts. "We all can talk about Skylar's beautiful and lovely legs later, but for now, dig in" he grinned.

"How about we don't talk about my legs at all..." Skylar grumbled as she shifted around, already leaning forward to start filling her plate just like everyone else. Barely did she even register the look in Zoro's eye as he watched how the fabric of her skirt seemed to scrunch up just a little at her movements and revealed even more of the smooth flesh of her thighs.

-Later-

"That's strange" Nami hummed the moment she started to take notice of the fog that was beginning to settle around the ship. "It wasn't supposed to be foggy today..." she muttered with a slight frown.
