Minho, Changbin, Felix and Jisung sat together at a corner table in the library during lunch, textbooks and papers spread across the wooden surface in front of them.

Since it was finals week, the four of them had agreed to "study" together, even though at this point they were basically just messing around and being idiots.

Chan had met up with them too, but he was currently on a coffee run to get them all an extra dose of energy that they definitely didn't need.

Currently, Minho was wheezing from laughing so hard at a joke Felix had just told. It honestly hadn't been funny at all, but Minho was the kind of person to find anything funny, especially the dumb stuff.

Felix giggled, tapping his hands against his thighs excitedly. "Wanna hear another one?" he asked enthusiastically.

Changbin deadpanned. "Stop encouraging this," he begged, but Minho ignored him and nodded in Felix's direction.

Felix's smile widened. "What did the duck say when she bought some lipstick?"

Jisung laid his head down on the table, shutting his eyes in fearful anticipation.

Minho shrugged, his eyes sparkling. "I dunno. What?"

Felix snorted as he delivered the punchline. "'Put it on my bill'!" he gasped out, honking in hysterical laughter.

Minho sat there silently for a second, the joke processing in his mind, until all the sudden it clicked and he grinned widely, patting Felix gently on the back.

"Good one," he chuckled, turning to smile at Jisung quickly, who was sitting with his cheek resting on his outstretched arm on the table. Jisung smiled back, then quickly broke eye contact out of awkwardness.

"Soooooooooo," Changbin hummed, looking down at his geography textbook. "Anyone know the capital of Mexico?"

All three boys turned to him and shook their heads quizzically.

"No, sorry," Jisung sighed.

Changbin sighed back. "It's fine. I'll just fail." He shut his geography book loudly, earning a sharp glance from the librarian.

Felix rolled his eyes dramatically, placing his hand on Changbin's shoulder. "You didn't already know that?"

"Hey!" Changbin whacked Felix on the back of the head, causing the younger boy to giggle and shove Changbin's hands away.

"Relax," he said quickly between laughs. "I'm joking, I'm joking."

Changbin huffed out an angry breath, folding his arms and sinking lower in his chair.

"Don't be angryyyyyyyy," Felix whined, grabbing Changbin's arm and pulling on it gently. "I'm sorryyyyyy. It was a jokeeeeee." Changbin ignored him, turning his head away. He was secretly enjoying seeing Felix get so worked up, but on the outside he made sure to still keep his angry face on.

Jisung glanced down at the trigonometry textbook in front of him and twirled his pencil in his hand, being incredibly close to plugging his ears to block out the adorably cringey sounds of flirty Changlix.

He closed his eyes tightly, trying his best to work through a math problem in his head. After all, they were here to study, so isn't that what he should be doing?

He aggressively thought about math, hoping that something would make sense and he would maybe not fail his exam.

Suddenly, a hand was placed on top of his, startling him out of his braincell-killing math zone.
