Rose and James were waving to there parents while standing in platform 9 and 3/4. Once they had boarded the train they were talking in a whisper "James are you going to be okay sitting with the whole group?" "Yes Rose it will be fine." "Okay then" they walked down the hall passing many compartments. Then they made their way to the very back of the train and sitting in one of the compartments were Lily,Remus,Arthur,Molly,Peter,And Sirius. They came and sat down everyone said their greetings. Except Sirius and James Molly,Arthur,and Peter had no idea of what had happened during the summer. About 5 minutes into the ride a 1st year had walked into their compartment. "Oh sorry I didn't mean to intrude. This is just the only compartment left do you mind if I sit here?" "No of course no you can sit right there next to the red head we all know as Lily. I'm Rose this black haired guy next to me is my boyfriend Sirius. Across from me the brunette is James. Next to him is our close friend Remus. The red head next to him is Arthur. And on Lily's other side across from Arthur is Molly and the small guy sitting on the floor is Peter. What's your name?" "Hi I'm Tim!" "Nice to meet you Tim. Well like I said I'm Rose my middle name is Love and my last name is Potter. My boyfriend Sirius Black who is right next to me. And ummmm.... I'm a sixth year. "Well hi Rose I'm Tim Isle Smith I'm a 1st year and I have a younger sister Daya who is currently 9!" "Cool so you have a younger sister too." James asked Tim suddenly. "Ya. She is my entire world!"
"Exactly so let me give you a hypothetical." "Okay?" Sirius,Remus,And Lily all knew where this was going they wished that James would have just shut up. "Let's say.....Wait who's your best friend?" "John Wright." "And what's your sisters name?" "Kathy." "Okay so let's say Kathy and John start dating. And they told all of your other friends but not you what would you do?" "JAMES POTTER we did not tell them they guessed!" "It doesn't matter Rose!" "Tim what would you do?" "Well I don't know. The fact that my sister is two years younger than us I think it would be weird!" "Exactly see James two years I am only 9 and a half months younger than you." "It doesn't matter Rose!" "FINE then Tim would you have punched John then kick him out of your house?" "Well no I might have been mad but I would have sat down and talked it out and it would be awesome the outcome I mean a guy I already think of as my brother could actually become my brother!" "See James even a 1st year is way smarter than you!" "ROSE YOU MADE OUT WITH HIM IN THE GARDEN!" "AND YOU PUNCHED HIM IN THE FACE!" "I CAN'T EVEN ROSE YOU LIED AND MESSED AROUND WITH ONE OF MY BEST MATES!" "JAMES POTTER I KNOW THAT I THE ONE AND ONLY SIRIUS BLACK AM NOT YOUR FAVORITE PERSON RIGHT NOW,BUT I WILL NOT LET YOU TALK TO MY GIRLFRIEND YOUR OWN SISTER THAT WAY! JAMES YOU HAVE BEEN THERE FOR HER THROUGH THICK AND THIN AND THIS IS RIDICULOUS.AND ASKING A FIRST YEAR I KNOW YOU ARE BETTER THAN THAT!SO WE ARE ALL GOING TO SIT DOWN AND ETHIER HAVE A PLEASANT OR A SILENT TRAIN RIDE. AND JUST SO YOU KNOW WE HAVE BEEN OFFICIAL FOR 3 MONTHS THATS WHEN IT STOPED BEING MESSING AROUND. IF YOU HAVE AN ISSUE WITH ME FINE! BUT ALL I WANT IS FOR ROSE TO BE HAPPY! THATS WHAT I THOUGHT YOU WANTED TO!" Arthur,Molly,Peter,and Tim all seemed to be in utter shock. Remus was just glad he put a silencing charm on the compartment as soon as James started talking to Tim. Lily was currently comforting a crying Rose with Sirius at Rose's side and Lily was sending a look of disappointment,anger,and over all giving him the silent treatment. Everyone was. Once Rose calmed down Sirius just hugged her the rest of the ride and Tim looked like he would never just walk into a random compartment ever agian.
