Chapter 2

James stomped down the steps furious. And he had no idea who he was even mad about! All he knew was that there was a guy out there in his garden making out with his sister. James has always been protective of Rose. Like most older brothers are. But James was less then a year older than Rose. He had kept all of the guys away from her since they had first arrived at Hogwarts. If any one spoke one ill word of her they would have to deal with him. If she was falling behind in her studies he would help and if he couldn't he would fine someone who could. And no matter what if she needed something he was there. If she needed to cry he had a shoulder. If she needed to rant about something, he had an ear to listen. If she had a bad day he had chocolates, her favorite movie, and his company. And that would never change. So right now his little sister was making out with a guy. So he had a fist to punch whoever it was.

Me and Sirius were way to distracted to hear the foot steps coming up behind us(who we would later find out was James). I suddenly jumped up surprising Sirius but he had (not long after me saw what was going on) but then jumped up after me. "JAMES" he let out a surprised yell. "SIRUIS? WHAT ARE YOU DOING WITH MY SISTER?!" "Well we were just..ummmm..we-" He was suddenly cut off by James. "SAVE IT. I WANT YOU OUT OF MY HOUSE! NOW! AND YOU TWO ARE BOTH LUCKY THAT ME AND REMUS ARE THE ONLY ONES HOME! DAD WOULD FREAK IF HE SAW YOU TWO! SO SIRIUS MY ONCE CLOSES FRIEND! WHO I THOUGHT WE HAD NO SECRETS! I WANT YOU OUT OF MY HOUSE!" "JAMES YOU CANT DO THAT TO HIM! HE DIDN'T DO ANYTHING WRONG! AND I LIVE HERE TO!" "She was more worried than mad. She might have just broken up one of the closest friend ships ever. So her voice reached a louder level than usual. "REALY ROSE! HE DID NOTHING WRONG! HE KISSED YOU WITH OUT YOUR PERMISSION!" " HE HAD MY PERMISSION JAMES! HE GOT THAT PERMISSION THREE MONTHS AGO,WHEN HE ASKED ME TO BE HIS GIRLFRIEND!" "THREE MONTHS AGO! HIS GIRLFRIEND! ROSE LOVE POTTER YOU KEPT THIS SECRET FROM ALL OF US FOR THREE MONTHS!" "NO NOT FROM ALL OF YOU!JUST YOU JAMES! REMUS LILY MOLLY AND ARTHUR FIGURED IT OUT DURING THE FIRST MONTH WE STARTED DATING! AND BEFORE YOU GO OFF ON THEM WE TOLD THEM TO KEEP IT A SECRET! THEY WANTED TO TELL YOU,BUT ME AND SIRIUS WANTED TO WAIT!" "SIRIUS YOU NEED TO GO, AND ROSE I WILL TALK TO YOU INSIDE!" And with that Sirius didn't want to cause any more trouble between the siblings. So he apprated to Lily's (his other closes friends house). And planed on owiling Rose once he was sure everything was calm between her and James.
————————————————————————It had been nearly 10 minutes and both siblings just sat in silence at the table of there big grand house. Which at the moment was not helping the silence,you could practically hear the crickets. The silence had broken for a short period of time when their house elf brought them some tea to attempt to get them to speak to each other. But the moment the elf left the room fell silent again. "I'm sorry." Rose had softly whispered so that James barely heard it. "For what lying to me! Dating my best friend! Making out with him in the garden! OR THE FACT THAT ALL OF OUR FRIENDS KNEW EXCEPT ME!" His voice had been slowly rising as he spoke as his anger rises with it. "All of it. But James you have to understand. I was worried you take it the way you are. He is your best friend and you sent him out the door!" " your right but you have to understand that I have every right to kick him out." Both of there voices had calmed but James still seemed aggravated but he was slowly starting to calm down. "I do. I might not agree with why you sent him out. But I do." And with that they both left the table. This argument msome what resolved. About 20 minutes later their parents arrived home. And to her surprise but happiness,James acted like that after noon never happened.
